Was interested to read that Paul Cooper who plays Kerry's Dad works as a counsellor/support worker for people who have hoarding disorders. Read a lovely interview with him where he talks about the work and how often it is tied up with loss.

Len is a hoarder!

There was an episode in the last series when Len was living in the garage. He was telling this story about the ghost of a Civil War soldier with a crow on his shoulder. I can't remember how it went exactly but I know I was crying with laughter.

They are all so real and each episode is just perfect. Shame it's ending , but I hope we see them again in other things.

Just watched Ep 4 which has a lot of Mandy in it. She was on top scary form as usual.

Mandy is great in ep 4.

Her stories are great. They open up a whole world to how her mind works.

It was a really funny episode from start to finish.

Is Mandy the same actress who plays Terri in King Garry??!! That’s another hilarious BBC comedy that is absolutely spot on!!

Mandy is an absolute legend, and I loved the ranting woman who turned out to be Kurtan's Nan 😂

I loved the old video of Rays 40th birthday 'everything looks so old!' Ray was clearly a man of very few words ( if any)
That eulogy was dreadful , he'd say ' see you Monday ' ; on a Friday!
The chit chat about Waze and Google maps made me laugh but Mandy and her short stories made me laugh even more! Poor vicar listening to a lost cause. His a good man.

This is my new favourite episode, purely for the VHS.

Mackenzie Crook in there as Uncle Ray and also Uncle Nugget on the fruity at the Keepers during the wake, it’s absolutely brilliant. Everything fits in so perfectly, Kerry’s rundown of the price of her suit for the funeral, the Mitsubishi chat, honestly. How do they create such a masterpiece!

I missed it being Mackenzie Crook - genius!
