Who do you think will replace Sandi Toksvig ?

I used to like Mel and Sue, and Sandi. I dont think Russell brand would be a good fit. I'd find him way too stressful!

Russell brand should get a one way ticket to Mars, he's repulsive.

Russel Brand is the worst, he's not funny. I'm the opposite with Mel & Sue, I like them both but think Sue is great, especially when on Just a Minute. Sara Cox could work but Katherine Ryan is another unfunny comedian.

My ideal person is Suzi Ruffel, I adore her but a lot of people are saying Liza Tarbuck and I can see that working, Noel is amazing with Ayode and of course Julian Barrett but not for bake-off.
If it's a past contestant I'll be really disappointed.

I hope they don't chose Rahul, that would be awful but him and Noel bonded on GBBO if I remember correctly.

How about Ian Hislop ?

I've read that Rylan's in the running. He would be good but not sure how well he would work with Noel.

Literally anyone would be better than Sarah Millican, I would prefer Nigel Farage or Jeremy Corbin, just to name two.

Jo Brand would be great. Please not Claudia Winkleman, she sets my teeth on edge and she is on TV all the bloody time already!

Tom Allen is on everything at the moment, maybe it will be him? I don't know if it will be another woman or not, I hope so.

Hadn't thought about Julian Barrett. If they had the Boosh relationship it could be comedy gold, as much as I love Barrett I'm not sure he would work with GBBO.

I would prefer to see Jo Brand and Tom Allen stay where they are Extra Slice. Both have their strengths but I don't think they would work well on GBBO itself.

I would actually stop watching if it was Russel Brand.

I still fancy Victoria Coren Mitchell for it. I could imagine her taking down Hollywood quite well.

Hadn't thought of VCM v Hollywood, VCM is intelligent and witty enough to do it.

Julian Barrett has diverged a lot from the Boosh stuff. He does a lot of voice overs for serious programmes. He also did 'Flowers' which was funny but very dark. He always seems very gloomy, I'm not sure it would be a fit for GBBO.

Generally folks that do things on BBC don't do things on channel 4 so that would rule out quite a few like Claudia Victoria Coren Mitchell etc

Julian Barrett's 'Mindhorn' is really funny.

I love Julian Barrett's humour, I'm just not sure he'd be right for Bake Off.
