He played Ray Langton, and he was Tracy Barlow's dad.

I sincerely hope that Chesney isn't thinking of growing a beard. I felt really sorry for Jade. I only saw the second episode- how did she find out that her mum had been deceiving her?

Do we think no one filming the opening scene with Daniel and Peter sorting the midicing out has used a calpol syringe thing? Peter had the plastic stopped of the bottle on the end of it.

When DH and I got married, Pat Phoenix came to our wedding (his dad's cousin). My gran was so thrilled by this, she had two framed wedding photos on her mantelpiece afterwards. One was of herself proudly posing with Pat P, the other was of me and DH. Turned out later she had told all the neighbours I had married Ray Langton! DH did look rather like him, and one friend of hers had seen our pic, and said "Ooh, is that Ray Langton??" Gran became quite a celebrity on her little street for a while!

Gemma is a Fizz in training. Ali's hair is just awful, if his forehead gets any bigger I am going to start calling him cliff.
