I'm gutted Thomas has gone. I was hoping that he'd have enough substance to get to the interviews and prove his worth despite the catalogue of losses. I think it was the most heartfelt of firings ever!

Have the teams been mixed less this year? The same sub-team combinations seem to keep croping up, which hadn't done Marrianne and Thomas many favours in recent weeks. People have shuffled to plug gaps, but not really change team dynamics.

I can't believe Dean is still going, although he did deserve the win which at least he did help by having a good attitude to secure the better artist. The task seemed quite loaded in that both teams couldn't get a good artist to meet the corporate brief.

That was such an awful episode. Lottie was off the smug scale, I almost turned myself inside out at her side eye in the board room. And then Thomas! No no no! I really thought he'd make it to the final. Although it wasn't his week, I accept.

I thought the same about the concert. When it was announced, I thought, at last, a decent prize. However, it did look more like a band rehearsal. Probably was good though.
