I just had to come on to day "Nooooo!" about Thomas. You could tell that hurt Lord Sugar and even Claude and Karren didn't want that to happen either. I've worked in sales for a long long time and people like Thomas are infuriatingly brilliant. They always pick themselves back up even when their card is marked. You could see from the minute they read the £££ though he was shaking and knew he was gone.
