Starts tomorrow

When a young, talented ballerina is found dead on an ancient stone altar, her death drags up another tragedy that befell this community years before - when three children disappeared into the local woods and only one returned

Merging Faithful Place and Broken Harbour wouldn’t be a good idea at all, they’re way too different and don’t even have the same cops in them, do they? Or is Scorcher Kennedy in both? If they absolutely have to merge two, which I don’t think they do, couldn’t they do Faithful Place and The Secret Place as a kind of time slip series featuring Frank and his daughter Holly?

Well I'm late to the party-as ever! & have just watched this.

I enjoyed it although too woo for me.

I found Rob & Cassie fascinating & liked them working together.

I think that the cases would have been better separated out & would have liked to see Rob & Cassie working on who Lexi was.

Seemed daft sending Cassie in as Lexi when the likelihood was that one of them had killed Lexi & knew that she was dead!

Just writing off the 1985 disappearances/not finding out who Lexi was seemed a cop out to me although I can see it was about the characters of Rob & Cassie more than crime solving.

I thought Rob would be Adam though as the English accent for Killian Scott seemed a giveaway.

And Damian telling everyone that he had thought Katy was still alive so had touched her was a big flashing sign as well!

As this is now on Netflix, I’ve resurrected this very old thread! One thing I’ve not seen mentioned anywhere in recaps or reviews of the series - was Rosalind definitely Sandra Sculley’s child from the rape in the woods? And if so, why did Jonathan Devlin adopt her? Would that not be known about in the neighbourhood? So confused that this bit just seems to have been forgotten / ignored?

I liked this. I presume there isn't going to be another series, which is a pity.

Oh wow. Again I have no memory of this as 6/7yrs ago
