The Circle is back on tonight (Channel 4, 9:15) and I am soooooo excited

I don't understand why Tim agreed not to mention Sammy wanting Ella out. He should have refused and said he is happy to defend his views so Sammy should defend hers and not try and disown them.

Tim hasn't realised Sammie is in cahoots with the other 2. This makes him, Woody and Ella more vulnerable.

The way I see it Georgina and Brooke made an early bound with Tim but they stopped nurturing it because they weren't always doing well in the ratings and thought Tim was a safe bet and wanted to get more people to like them. That's fine it's part of the game. What they did realities that woody and then via woodys group chats Ella have kept a relationship going with Tim and now are far closer to him.

I think Georgina maybe swayed on paddy she all it's me and Sammie and it should
Be originals etc. That's just a feeling though I think both paddy and Georgina are loyal to Sammie but I'm not sure about to each other

How can you say Georgina and Paddy are genuine when they've been tempted by Sammie to join the circle of trust just to get to the final, and Georgina in particular is being very two faced with Ella? She might be torn about it but she's still going ahead so she can have her place in the final.

I know it's a game but I want genuine people to win. I had the same issue with Alex/Kate last year. Maybe I think about it too deeply that it shows the way to win at life is to be a liar and manipulative, and not by being a genuinely nice person.

I don't think Tim got his way in this blocking. There were 5 people they could block and Jan wasn't in any one's top 2. Sammy could have had her in his top 2 but didn't. He didn't get to choose 3 people to keep in neither did Tim. Tim may have rather see Paddy or Georgina go than Jan but Sammy protected them.

Can anyone remember last year at what point we found out that Katy was really Alex's girlfriend? We didn't know to start off with did we? Did we only find out near the end?

I'm just wondering if James has a relationship with the real Sammie and Charlie.

Alex/Kate was a totally different kettle of fish compared to Sammie/James.

I agree. Alex wasn't being manipulative. He was just pretending to be a woman.

Brooke is on Instagram saying woody is one of the coolest people in the circle with Georgina and Tim! I wonder what changed her mind 🤔😂 I don't think many of them are genuine. I bet Georgina and paddy climb straight up woodys arse when they find out he is popular and well connected!

I think woody and Tim are genuine that's, I also think Tim is clever so has is guard up to a certain extent. He is logical to a extreme and I think that is why he sometimes seems ruthless but I think it's him.

They will all want to be Woody's friend. The other night when he went to see Jack and Beth, as soon as he told them who his parents were and why he had wanted to see what it was like not to have famous parents because people treated him differently, Beth totally proved his point by changing her tune.

If it ends up being Georgina and Tim for the last one - she won't want to send Ella home as she secretly quite likes her so her goal will be Woody.

Tim will never vote Woody. They will come to some sort of deadlock

While James does seem to be morphing into Dick Dastardly, he makes for much more interesting telly than Woody who isn't really playing the game. He doesn't want the money or the win so he's free to be lovely and positive.

But Woody is playing the game. He went in to be him, rather than ‘son of Fat Boy Slim and Zoe Ball’ (and grandson of Johnnie Ball). However, I would have thought, with. A distinctive name likeWoody, he would have changed it. Unless he was double bluffing and thought people may think he cat-fishing as a character named Woody.

While Tim and Woody are my faves, I can see that James/Sammie is playing the game they want to play - not that i like it much, but I can kind of respect the conviction he’s doing it with. However the #COT business has led to Paddy and Georgina really going down in my estimation....they are such sheep, following along after their queen bee and not questioning the complete personality change in Sammie as she’s become more James.

I do think it's funny though that they want Tim in the finale with them when he is the one that they are most at risk from! The only plus to all the scheming is I think Tim was a bit boring last week now he is back at the forefront!

Thing is, mean and manipulative people DO become popular. The "popular" people at school were horrible. CEOs are often psychopaths and ruthless. #thatslife

I wonder if in real "outside" life James is a good guy and has just lost the plot being on his own for so long (I realise they are not completely alone but you know what I mean) - how is he going to cope coming out back to his family with the public generally vilifying him?

Last year The Circle seemed to be fairly niche viewing, but this year is attracting much ore publicity. If I was his mum, I'd be worried about him.

Has anyone seen the Circle advert on 4 today. It says 'more blocking's, more arrivals, more mischief'... tonight on 4.

Just seen it this morning-I thought there were no lore arrivals? Or is this a generic advert and not specific to tonight's episode?
