The Circle is back on tonight (Channel 4, 9:15) and I am soooooo excited

Georgina, Tim and Woody are still my favourites

Mine too. However, I warmed slightly to Paddy after his chat with Georgina - he needs to let his guard down, I think.

I was hoping that Paddy just had his guard up and would chill when he gets to know the others more but yeah, have to agree he's coming across as quite bitchy atm.

Found it funny when Jack first clapped eyes on Beth. He obviously fancies her a lot, he lost his bants there for a minute. The real Beth must have some reason for allowing her pics to be used. I hope at the end we get to see the real Sammi & Beth interviewed.

Same 2Rebecca I think Joyce looks more 82 than 62. Maybe I just know some young looking 60yr olds 🤷🏻‍♀️.

With the shouting, I think they're told to raise their voices so nothing is missed on the mikes but some of them take it a bit too literally .

The real Beth is an actress so I don't know if that has anything to do with letting her pics be used? Maybe to raise her profile 🤷🏻‍♀️

Maybe paddy's guard is up but I don't think that's it! He comes across as judgemental and mean but I'm happy to proven wrong.

I find it odd that people are voting for Ella but I guess she's good at playing fun and bubbly. It's just the viewers that see her bitchy, conniving side. Her friendship with Woody is making me like Woody a bit less tbh.
Does anyone know how many episodes are left? I'm trying to work out if they're going to bring even more new people in or if it's just culling the ones that are left from now on.

I’m sure I read on this thread that someone’s friends daughter (or something) with a disability was asked to go and hide her disability at first.... or did I imagine it?

I find Paddy really unlikeable. I think Ella is fun - but she is up for creating drama and twisting things. I'm sure she is playing the game well but the public won't take to her. But does that matter? I haven't watched it before. Do the public vote at all or is it just done between the players?
Tim, Woody and Georgina are definitely my favourites.

@SpanishFly Ella painted a picture of Brooke 'on the fence' and seemed pleased when Tim started to doubt her as a result.

In some ways Ella's obvious 2 sidedness and game playing appeals to me more than Georgina who is nice about people to their face and to the camera then draws a snide if appropriate pic of Sammi. Sammi is similar to Ella in not pretending to be that nice to the viewers. I think the person he is pretending to be is very unconvincing though and suspect if there was no cutesy baby Sammi would be out by now as the character is bland, but then I think Brook is bland as well.

Did they show the footage from Katy's/Jay's goodbye video message? I wanted to see everyone's reactions. I thought I had seen all of the episodes so far but I definitely haven't seen that. Anyone know which episode it was on?

I’m don’t dislike Paddy. However, I think he’s contradicted himself. One minute he’s saying he’s a disabled activist, and next he wants to see what people think of him as a non-disabled person. Admittedly, he didn’t declare his disability until last night, and that was only to one person. I thought that was quite sweet, and he was quite empathetic.

Regarding Ella, the public front she is putting across is friendly. The contestants don’t see all the comments she makes that we see.

I wonder how much talking goes on that we don’t see. Must be a pretty boring existance stuck in the room all day with the occasional visit to the gym or rooftop garden.

Totally agree he'll suss her. There are things she would be expected to know at their age that the duo that is 'Joyce' won't have a clue about.

Interesting about the real Beth wine.

I'm doing a 'Brooke' about Ella, I.e. sitting on the fence because I can't make my mind up about her.

Am I the only one who thinks Beth really isn't all that? She looks pretty ordinary without all the slap, I think a more honest profile would have been the barefaced her rather than using someone else's photos.

Totally agree that the photos 'Joyce' is using show a woman at least a decade older than 62. Maybe the producers thought that a genuine contestant playing themselves may knock a few years off.

I wish they would do more games they seem to bring out much more than all the 'twists'

I really like detective woody! He is catching up on Tim for my favourite! I'm glad he survived the first few votes he is coming into his own now!

I think Georgina and Sammi are probably at rush at the moment they don't seem to be interacting as much as the others at least from what we see

They possibly have already been rumbled and they've chosen not to show it due to lack of suspense

Woody and Ella have definitely rumbled them and even if Tim buys the cockerpoo that was way to long a pays to answer what breed of dog you have!! If he can rumble jay was is mum from a photo and Sammi as off from her hand writing he can spot Joyce is fake!
