I posted this in the last thread but will post again here. It’s what I understand they’ve done to Norris’s house.

Yes I thought Roy was going to pay Aggie to nurse his brother while he stayed in the cafe, but of course that would be too logical. Why the hell doesn't she go back to nursing, surely it would pay better than the local greasy spoon.

The Aggies house really irritates me far more than a fake house should what they’ve done is awful.

They also talk to professionals in the Rovers - solicitors, barristers, that nice accountant whose husband wasn't a marine biologist. Or in the cafe so Aggie can listen in.
I wish Maura from the health centre would reappear. She's great.

I'm convinced the Aggie dad went to the same school of acting as Dev. Incidentally, where has Dev gone?

Dev was in it a few episodes back, speculating about Robert killing Michelle. What happened to the skin bleaching storyline?

I think he took her to the doctors and that was the end of it.

Rita's storyline is annoying. She took time off work to visit Emily and that visit was cancelled. You'd swear she has been alone for months, not days. Surely to god she could go round and help Gemma and Chesney with the babies.

This is what I thought so absolutely not a spoiler as I don't read them and it's probably unlikely. Robert and Vicki doing a deal behind Michelle's back??

MissDew, I think Gary was checking that he could trust Ryan not to open it and talk badly about him, he'll probably let Ryan work for him now.

I felt the same about Rita Drum2018 it's only been a few days, why doesn't she go visit Mavis, I did enjoy looking at the old photos, I remember watching those episodes.

I don't want Ryan mixed up with Gary.

Agree about the acting skills of the Aggie family. Esp the dad and the footballer son

Re. Rita's strange behaviour.I think Corrie is tacking a ''lonely at Christmas issue'' and using Rita as the subject.

nildesperandum think you are right. They are trying to tick another "issues" box. Bit silly though because she has lots of friends on the street, so why is she suddenly lonely?

Why doesn't Rita go sit in the pub, Jenny is practically family and she has lots of friends. Just nonsense.

Rita has always treated Jenny and Sally as family, and now we're supposed to think that the poor lonely old Rita is struggling.

In fact a really good storyline for Christmas would have been Shaun remembering that he was homeless earlier this year, so doing something to help people less fortunate than himself, either soup kitchen, food bank or even think of something else nice he could do
