I'm going to have to stop watching again. I just loathe gemma and all her family. She is intensely dislikable and it's taking over the show. DH mentioned Ken's cough tonight and reckoned he'd be "dead by Christmas" ( it's being so cheerful that keeps DH going !)

Good idea IWorkAtTheCheescakeFactory - I'm liking the way Paul is sorting things out (Josh), effectively if not legally.

I couldn’t work out if Paul was in the pub with billy when the burglary happened or if it was during the time between leaving David in the pub and then coming back later with billy.

I thought Paul to begin with, but he seemed to spend so much time being in love with Billy would he have had time to burgle? He would have had lots of alibis, including Summer whi let him into the flat. The bishop will never let Billy live in the nice vicarage.

Yes he did! I think it was Daniels masters thesis or something? Maybe the videos will be backed up?

Yes that’s a good point. I think they’re both essentially decent people and couldn’t bring themselves to do that to Daniel. Let’s hope it was neither of them. But it has to have been someone who knew Daniel would be out at the funeral/pub.

For the first time in ages, there's an interesting storyline - who was the burglar!? I agree Ryan or Paul would hopefully not stoop so low. Kel seems the obvious one,but it didn't look like him.

It seemed too young/skinny to be kel. The only person I could think of was Tyler, vickys son because he robbed the same flat before didn’t he? With Simon? But he has no motive and seems to have had the soap personality transplant so I don’t think he’s still robbing? And he wouldn’t have known the flat would be empty.

Sorry, I didn't mean 'who is Simon' (although I could be forgiven for forgetting I hope). I meant could it be Simon who is the burgler.
