When this show started, I was totally rooting for Yawande. An intelligent naturally beautiful woman with a good career. I thought she might be the Camilla of this series, a breath of fresh air between the models, beauticians and influencers. It is her behaviour that lets her down, she is very self focussed, its all about her and her feelings. She lacks empathy and kindness.

Yewande was right about Danny though. She thought he wasn't to be trusted and she was bang on the money. And what a "coincidence" that Arabella picked him for a date when she has real life connections to him. Some of the comments about Amy on this thread are shameful.

With Danny and Yewande we will never know if she was right or not.

She pushed him away, through fear of getting hurt. He looked elsewhere, which is part of the show. Time is limited. If you partner up with someone who isnt interested, you have a short space of time to find someone else.

She kept pushing him away and waited until he had, had enough and then got in with someone else to actually show interest in him.

Which was too late. He should have bee more upfront, that he still wanted to get to know Arabella.

But we will never know, what would have happened if she would have at least made some effort.

I agree @Proteinshakesandtears I've changed my mind loads about Danny and Yewande. At first I thought she liked him and he wasn't that keen, then I wasn't sure, then I thought he really did like her. Then she was giving him no indication that she liked him - enter Arabella and Yewande seemed to lose it a bit. I can't make up my mind at all!

I thought Arabella was mean to say the kiss with Anton was horrendous. She could have just said it wasn’t great or something. She really shit stirred with Yewande too telling her everything Danny has said. It’s a game though and I guess she’s playing it well.

I feel sorry for Anton as he clearly thinks there still could be something between him and Arabella, but she isn't interested.

They are in Love Island. They only know each other for a short period of time and new people are being introduced to the villa all the time. If someone starts pushing you away, acting cold/distant and rejecting you, they have to accept that there’s a good chance you will look elsewhere! I mean it’d be fair enough in real life, even with more of a serious relationship! Yewande has messed this up for herself.

He was telling one of the new men when they came in (think it was Danny) Thatcher was a triangle with hil Tommy and MM. MM did want to get to know him, but at the point of this converstation they was a triangle. It was quite obvious MM was picking Tommy.

Everytime he says 'yeah I think she is leaning more towards me' when the she isnt. It cant be every women that's leading him on.

I think they like him as a friend and he sees that as them wanting a relationship with him. Not sure he is great at reading people.

I dont think Elma would have picked him, he was only coupled up with her because it was his pick. I think she led him on a bit to try and stay.

I do really like him though and want someone to come in and really like him. But then, last year, Dr Alex was in the same position. Someone came in that did like him and he wasnt interested. I wonder if Anton will be the same.
