At this rate, Ruhma will be richer than the Gobbys.

I think she should.

I miss Doctors.

And because RL has been boring (well, not that boring, but not much fun) and wet- I watched all the of the episodes of '800 Words' on iplayer. So I have nothing to watch in the Doctors -slot now . Grin.

ExpletiveDelighted · 05/08/2019 19:37

Raahh - yes indeed, the Doctors bonkers filming schedule. It feels decidedly autumnal here this week, I'm not a huge fan of hot weather but all the same I'm not quite ready for autumn yet.

NutButterNutter · 05/08/2019 20:59

Hello all!!! Hope you're keeping dry! I'm already dying from school holiday-itus but loving the lack of early mornings. Very much looking forward to a Doctors restart!

toldmywrath · 06/08/2019 09:34

Raahh boring can be good sometimes.
How are things with your DC?
Is Raahh dog fine going out in the rain?
told dog says she will dissolve if she gets wet from the rain and hates to cross the thresholdGrin

Told things are plodding on. Ds ended up back in hospital for a week, and my life is an endless cycle of appointments. He's had job interviews, and loads of stuff from various colleges - But I'm not sure it's the right time to be going back to that. We will see.

My dog hates the rain.Grinhas to be forced outside for a wee. But he's not keen on sun either. He's a strange animal.

Grin
toldmywrath · 06/08/2019 16:40

Raahh I wish you and your family well.Flowers

Your dog sounds like my little cat, who sits waiting to go out and then comes straight back in through the cat flap. Weather is irrelevant to her choicesGrin

Thank you, told. I feel like I'm wading through treacle and the fact it's the holidays and we can't do anything (as usual) doesn't help.

But we always have the dog. Grin

Redshoeblueshoe · 06/08/2019 22:13

Raahh Flowers

ExpletiveDelighted · 06/08/2019 22:38

Raahh I've been wondering about you and DS too, hoping things will gradually improve. There was a thread a few days ago from someone whose young adult DS has come through some very difficult times which was lovely to read.

Raahh · 07/08/2019 08:27

Thank you all. I always feel guilty dumping stuff on the thread. You are all really lovely. Smile

FuzzyPuffling · 07/08/2019 11:13

Dump away raahh. If not here, where? Sending love to all. Sorry, RL too tiring to do much more commenting! (I'm rubbish)

Raahh · 07/08/2019 11:31

Flowers to you too, Fuzzy

NutButterNutter · 07/08/2019 23:07

Oh Raahh I'm sorry things are hard Thanks
Dump whatever you need to here ❤️

Redshoeblueshoe · 09/08/2019 10:35

Now Emmerdale have killed off Michael Praed I think he should move to Lethbridge, we need a grown up doctor

Raahh · 09/08/2019 10:40

Michael PraedGrin.

My best friend loved him in the 80s.

Well, it was between him, and Jon Bon Jovi at the time. Grin.

NutButterNutter · 10/08/2019 00:13

Ooo JBJ could be a new locum!

Raahh · 10/08/2019 11:20

Now, JBJ as a locum might pull in the viewers Grin.

There was a lot of hair around in the 80s ,wasn't there I had most of it I was watching an old TOTPs from 1988- I actually remember it like it was yesterday. Fairground Attraction were on it.

Everyone had big hair. Grin.

Redshoeblueshoe · 10/08/2019 17:57

I had a mullet in the 80's Blush

Raahh · 10/08/2019 18:04

I was trendy briefly by accident in the 80s, because I had big naturally curly hair. Everyone around me ( my sister included) was having perms.

I even had one myself at one point.

Big hair became HUGE. Grin

ExpletiveDelighted · 10/08/2019 20:04

I used to have huge perms despite natural curls in the late 80s too. Went well with my huge glasses and shoulderpads Grin

Raahh · 10/08/2019 20:07

Expletive we could be twins Grin

ExpletiveDelighted · 10/08/2019 21:33

I always wanted a sister Smile

Raahh · 10/08/2019 21:37
Grin

Well, I have great taste in rubbish telly.

If that makes sense Grin.

ExpletiveDelighted · 10/08/2019 21:42

I watched two episodes of Cake Wars this afternoon Grin

Raahh · 10/08/2019 21:46

Oh , DD1 and I LOVE Cake Wars Grin

I've just watched 3 old episodes of 'Say Yes to the Dress' (I'm sure I've seen at least one of them before).

The tennis I want to watch is rained off Grin.
