I don't know. I think they would go stir crazy if they weren't allowed out for seven weeks. A day out without cameras is probably quite healthy. They do need to look after their mental health. Not going out for seven weeks would be hard going. Although I think big brother does it.

So if they get a day off does that mean contact with the outside world and being able to look at social media/news outlets and so on to see opinions.

The article says they go to thr beach or something but they are watched like hawks to control what they discuss. So not really I assume. Where they go they will be taken and then taken back again. They aren't roaming free.
