In Callam’s pre-show bit and during the unseen bits from Saturday, you see just a few seconds after the hypo for camera performance where he just looks sad and uncertain. He gave up his job to do this. He was kicked off a previous show within seconds. This is a man who really really wanted to be a reality TV star and knew he was failing right from the off. I find that sad.

And Curtis and Amy in bed is excruciating. She keeps moving in for a kiss and he is desperately trying to hide his unwillingness.

That happened with both Samira and Alex last year, newbies swore that they really fancied them and wanted to get to know them then once they were settled in the villa the attraction mysteriously vanished into thin air!

He also had a long term relarionship so I can't see any issue with him not being on a dating app, due to his job he will meet women all the time, and as said he said he had been in a very long term relationship.

At the risk of getting myself flamed I’m not buying the whole love island is racist crap that the media seems to want us to believe... there are more non white people in this series than ever before, which is great. Some of them haven’t had so much screen time as others but that hasn’t been to do with what colour they are. The Daily Fail and others just love to stir it all up.

I don't think it's fair to say Curtis must be gay because he's camp. Maybe he's bisexual, maybe he's just flamboyant.

I don't think it is racist either. I think it is trying to find an audience with everyone but the producers can't really do much if someone lies about who they fancy to get onto the show

Well, one who is surrounded by women on a daily basis I suppose. Ballroom dancing is very female dominated and the men are very much fought over I believe.

Oh well they might not win anyway I just think it's a bit of a shame for Amy. But then she obviously wants to win it too and by the natural laws of previous seasons of LI the couples in week one who stay together the always win the show
