I liked Laura and thought she was put in some shitty situations by shitty boys. I didn’t think she looked desperate, just that she was treated pretty badly. Wes and Megan were horrible to Laura. Yes she did lay it on a bit thick at times with him and Jack but I think she genuinely wanted to find love unlike most of the wannabes.
The whole Jack and Georgia kiss scenario was very uncomfortable viewing I thought.
The producers seemed to want to paint Laura out to be the desperate older woman for some reason which was unfair.
