Please tell me I'm not the only one sad enough to spend 7 weeks watching this every night!!! 😀

Cara and Nathan were series 2 with Olivia and Alex.

Amber won't be in there for long imo. I think Tommy was a bit put off by her obvious high maintenance attitude.

Not quite sure if Anton is really into girls.

I didn't like Amber before and my instincts have been confirmed after reading this story:

I think Amber is pissed off that Tommy finds someone more attractive than her. She really can't see past herself.

Loving Curtis and Amy so far. I feel a bit sorry for Callum, I think he's one of the fillers this year and they won't waste much screen time on him so we won't see whether he's as boring as they're making out.

Could tell from about 15 minutes in that Tommy was going to pick Lucie 😂

Poor Joe, I can’t see Lucie picking him back at recoupling but I could be wrong

Curtis - seems nice but I get the feeling that some of it is put on..?

Yewande - i think she's too good for love island

Amber - initially i thought that she was the best looking but i can't get over how rude she is, is she for real?!

I saw the preview of tonight’s show, with Joe sitting down apparently crying. Somebody took his favourite doll away from him, waaaah!

DD and I found when Tommy picked Lucie quite uncomfortable viewing- she had said she was happy and didn't want to be picked and it all felt a bit wrong.
Lucie's body language earlier when she was in the group talking to Tommy-she had a pillow in front of her like a shield.
You do see them getting on in the previews but it def felt unpleasant.
And Amber has managed to make her gorgeous self un-pickable in about 5 mins of "I'm a diva" chat...

Agreed, I think she will be genuinely shocked he didn't pick her. Might make her tone it down a bit? Hope so anyway, she seems thorough unpleasant at the moment.

Never watched any other seasons I've saw two episodes of this and I'm hooked.
I really like Callum and I don't like that he's with amber but I can't think of who he should be with.
I like Curtis and amy, Anton just picked her cuz she stepped forward I think.
I like Lucie and Joe but I like that Tommy picked her for a bit of drama.
Michaels lovely and I think him and yewande would suit after more time.
Sherif and Anna surprised me but I'm pleased they seem to be attracted to each other.

Well I am not hooked yet.
Bit like Big Brother takes time esp when you don't see much of whats going on in there or just focus on a few at a time.
Tommy taking Lucie so what, could see that coming a mile off.

Lucie reminds me of Keeley Hawes. She not as good an actor though.

I'm not sure on amber. I agree that she's arrogant with a poor attitude but I think she did the right thing on calling out tommy that he liked lucie and not doing the pick me dance. She's clearly got some self respect along with all the bad attributes.

As for lucie, I don't think she did say to tommy don't pick me. She said she was happy with joe, but also said she liked tommy and would have picked him if she hadn't been with joe. I don't think at any stage was she clear and actually say to him outright please don't pick me. If she did I don't think he would have.

Amber lacks warmth and isn't approachable. I think that's her issue. She's too up herself. But I can't fault her for not doing the pick me dance with tommy.

Lucie and Joe kissing did nothing for me. Boring..
No chemistry I guess.

I have seen loads of angry posts on twitter about how Curtis didn't pick Yewande which I think is very unfair as he does seem to have a genuine connection with Amy and they have a lot in common. He should pick who he likes better it seems people are making it into an issue.

Give it two weeks before there is actual connections that mean anything.

Jumping on rather late to placemark!

Last year was my first Love Island experience and I upset myself by how invested I became. No doubt this year will be the same although I’ve been pretty ‘meh’ about them all up to now.

They all need to stop saying ‘it is what it is’ all the time, it’s starting to grate already and we’re only 2 shows in.

I'm just cringing at Lucie trying to get #bevy trending 🙄

On first look, it appears that Amber is going to start to make a play for Joe!

At least they're not saying 'my type on paper' any more another one that irritates me is 'muggy' (not enough Essex people in there yet for that)

I felt so sorry for poor Joe, Tommie was a bit of a tit for doing that.
