I agree with that, Ruffle - bit of an aside, but are you familiar with [[https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrew_Greeley Andrew Greeley? He was a well-known priest in the US who took exactly that view of the importance of sex in marriage - hence he clashed with the Vatican’s decision in the 60s to condemn the pill. (That’s also when my mum started questioning her Catholicism.) His interpretation on Catholicism keeps occurring to me as I’m watching this.

I found it on the tv out here but only half way though so had to watch the last 15-20 minutes and after having some wine!! So I’m not entirely sure what happened at the beginning obviously (can anyone fill me in??) but had to watch. It was beautiful but I did cry so much (that might have been the earlier wine!!!). Did anyone else cry??!!
