Now, I'm a bit confused, as I thought i had started this thread already, but I'm having a rubbish day back and forth with the dog to the vet.

He is now off for surgery, so I'm very stressed, and need this to be a distraction. Sad

So...there could be a duplicate thread somewhere, and I seem to have lost itGrin.

I've discovered there will be a public vote at some point too- to get back someone from the knock out rounds.

I'm not sure I care that much about any of the acts chucked out, to be honest! Grin

So- in the hope I don't mess up this thread, see you later...

Battenburg cake is a good idea, don’t know if a treacle tart would survive a 4 hour flight!

Welsh cakes are very nice. Little flat round things which are sweeter than scones and melt in the mouth.

Right. This means there's one person left and it must be Cedric. He is my favourite for the following reasons:

  1. He is the only person I can actually remember week to week (probably the main reason)
  2. He did a Stevie Wonder song in the blind auditions
  3. He lives in a windmill.

Her bagels a) taste nicer than the fake UK ones and b) would not be pronounced 'bagel' : hence why she doesn't ever say it.

Welsh cakes are lovely. Look a little bit like flat scones I suppose, but cooked on a stone/griddle not baked in the oven.
