Brienne I agree - it doesn't help that we're watching Classic Corrie with Steve, Liz, Rita, Gail, Kevin, Sally, Audrey and Ken and they seem now to have different personalities/characters (especially Gail).

I record the Omnibus on Sat am. Dear lord, at Nick and David (not for the first time) discussing Natalie in stage whispers in their minuscule barber shop. At that point I just looked on here and fast forwarded. The drama has long been exaggerated but they still used to retain a light touch with the humour. Even that's gone now.

Do the writers think viewers are stupid? Sally buying a horse without viewing it, a seller letting someone buy a horse without checking the person knew anything about horses. And buying a thoroughbred as a first horse.

Nah they just don't give a shit about the viewers.
Few more months and they'll just start copying the Simpsons storylines, may as well.

Mary will marry Dev like Selma Married Apu.
Think Bart had a horse, so Sally is Bart.
Steve is Homer, pulling faces, pretty dumb but still manages to be married and have kids.
That makes Tim, Barney. Both like their drink and spend time at the local.

You know the more I think about this, the more sense it's making...

I said to dh the other night that in reality the only way you'd get rid of someone as totally stark raving as Natalie is to kill her, she is a total loose cannon and they need rid of her!

Nick is always rushing around gurning and looking worried, wtf does he actually do? The Nick of old would never have stolen his grans money, and he seems to have no guilt about it whatsoever. I was wondering, if Lewis hadn't conveniently died so he could get the blame, wouldn't Nick have been under suspicion? Seems very risky to me, Audrey probably would have lent it to him if he really needed it. I hope Nick goes to prison/dies, he is just awful.

Absolutely dire! I was cringing for the actors. Oh and as DH pointed out, Gail was facing in totally the opposite direction when she accidentally fired the arrow which hit LK. 😒

I really hope that this was not filmed on location and they mention the holiday park - e.g. any decent archery area would have an exclusion zone around the sides, people belaying the rock climbing etc. At least they had life jackets on on the pedallo.
How did they manage to book and take part in so many activities in one afternoon? How many does the cabin sleep with what seems like a small kitchen and lounge? Where were Lily and Max when Bethany was in the pedalo and David & Shona rock climbing?
I know it's been said before but Gail should really start watching herself on Classic Corrie to see how she used to be.
