I wish I had Toyah’s hair! She’s one of those people who look more attractive now than when younger. Still wouldn’t put her with Imran though

CoolShoeshine I was thinking that too about Toyah tonight. She really is very pretty. Years ago when she lived with the Janice and Les, Lianne was the pretty one, but no more.

Why are women throwing themselves at Jan?

I think peter knows he is very vulnerable. He is just about functioning and it makes total sense he would take ken with him to the doctors.

I like Jan's voice but hate his straggly pony tail and beard!

Peter and simon have been very good in the last few episodes. I prefer Peter without Carla around.

I can't stand Leanne.

He's the only support he has Redshoe so I think he would, he knows he needs help but can't do it on his own, I think Peter is one of the best actors in Corrie but they need to stop with the girlfriends interchanging all the time.

I remember watching him in a drama years ago (think it was centered around a bus depot and he was brilliant in it) and thinking he could be brilliant in anything but maybe he just didn't get the chances.

I'd take my DC to the doctors when they were 54 - assuming I was still able! Actually it does show that Ken is the one constant in Peter's life (even if he wasn't when Peter was a child), and can be relied on. Rather touching. And a friend like Claud is just what you need in times of trouble!

Is it Eileen that Jan has his sights on? I'm confused.
I agree about Toyah she looked really pretty in last night's episode and she is dressing nicer lately, less hippy, more chic!

Agree peter is a much better character without Carla. Carla does something weird to him.

Jan seems to like Eileen, but i think it would be nice for Mary to have a relationship, she has never had a proper one that I know of. Having said that I don't like Jan at all, aside from his horrible hair I think there is something creepy about him. Leanne and Toyah both looked like they had just stepped out of the hairdressers yesterday, bit unrealistic or am I just a ragbag?

Jan seems to like Eileen, but I don't trust Jan, I reckon he's a wrong un. There's something about that young woman seb likes, something is off.

A couple of years ago Peter Barlow and Roy left the Street for a few months to perform in Waiting For Godot in Manchester. Apparently they were both brilliant, they must have so enjoyed that break and the chance to really use their considerable acting skills.
