They ( Stacey and Max) have been round the block over the years. I think they still love each other but it's more with fondness than lust!

I love Stacey and max’s relationship. I think shes the only person who actually cares for him. I feel like when Max dies an old man there’ll just be Stacey at husband graveside If only they could work out how you be friends without shagging each other and ruining their marriages!

I laughed at Stacey's comment that Raine had his number and max replied "yeah - all 16 of them!".

Max and Stacey do have a deep bond. I think some of it's from their relationship but also they share a grief over Bradley.

It's very well done the friendship between S and M I think. He seems to just lighten up a bit when his with her! Shows his vulnerability.
