Linguist DH and I have been trying to break down Cornish chef's accent. He's got posh vowels, but glottal stops instead of Ts and says fink instead of think. He is confusing. DH loves when I get him to decipher an accent. (He doesn't, especially when he's reading and listening to music.)

None of these dishes are inspiring me.
