Grey’s Anatomy Season 15 UK thread

Is anyone still watching Grey’s? I thought the opener was supposed to be a two parter but looks like sky witness is only showing one. Grrr. Anyone else excited? I still miss Cristina etc but will always watch!

Why did the Sarah Jessica Parker lookalike woman doctor (Teddy?) choose to announce her pregnancy in front of the entire operating theatre staff after telling Owen she wanted a private word???
Why did Maggie tell whatshisface - Avery - that Catherine is ill? And why did Meredith blab to her in the first place?!
Can nobody keep a secret in that hospital?
I’m losing interest in - and patience with - Greys. I can’t even remember the bloody characters’ names!
De Luca is hot though. Don’t like the new doc Meredith has agreed to go for a drink with, whose name also escapes me. He’s a bit plastic looking - resembles a Ken doll (Barbie’s other half).

The guy who plays Linc was Luke in The OC, which I was obsessed with as a teen. Luke was a total dick, and I can’t seem to separate the two characters in my head.

I’d rather see Meredith with DeLuca, but I saw an article from one of the writers saying how Meredith and Derek would be inappropriate now, in the time off #metoo and workplace harassment, so I’m it sure they’ll go down that route.

To be fair though, Derek & Meredith got together in a bar before either knew who the other was - very different to #metoo & all was always consensual.

Linc was also in Nashville as Will Lexington, a gay country music icon. He was a good guy.

I think he was more believeable as a gay guy than a heartthrob.

I agree Larry - he made a great gay heartthrob but I'm not feeling him at all in GA.

Luke was a total dick

He reformed in the later seasons Fiona and was nice but dim

Or the later episodes of season 1 anyway.

Can not stand Maggie and Jackson although never thought he and April were believable either.

Would love the return of JApril. Maybe there could be a fire and the firefighting lot could save April but not Matthew.

The actress was supposed to be Cagney in a Cagney and Lacey reboot but the pilot didn’t get picked up. Maybe she could “console” Jackson after his mum dies (I can’t stand his mum).

Maggie is soooo boring. She’s like Sheldon without the interesting quirks.

I did think Linc and De Luca are McSteamy and McDreamy all over again.

That ambulance is going to flip over in the wind. And Linc will have to repair the shattered limbs of Ortho apprentice.

Does anyone know how long the mid season break is?

It’s back on in the States on 17 january but I don’t know how long after in the UK

Are we on our break now? So the storm is a two parter?

When I had a look ahead on sky it wasn’t on this week so assumed it was mid season break time.

So glad I read this thread. Just sat down with my tea and biscuits (So rock and roll ) ready to watch greys, I had no idea it wasn't on tonight! Last week was the first episode if this season I've found interesting and it's not even on this week!!

I'm still working through series 14 I've watched it since day 1 but really struggling to keep up with it just doing it out of loyalty I think

If it's back this week I'll be even further behind

It did lose its way for a few seasons figgy too many new characters and loss of long standing cast members all at once. I think it has picked up again a bit in s.15
