Considering Ian and Cora were normally daggers drawn and Ian hasn't seen or mentioned Baby Abi at all this past year, it's a wonder he is suddenly going on board with this custody battle : he hates Max but it's hardly a good reason!

If Linda didn't believe Mick, I don't think she would look as troubled as she did when dealing with/thinking about Stuart.

I appreciated that insight into the Bev character yesterday. Previously I felt numb watching her because she was written as a panto figure with no depth.

The problem with the mick : Linda story is a lot of people might have forgotten what happened months ago with Stu and the gun and the reasons why etc.

It was a scene setting episode I think where they go round and plant bits of many story lines.

They were still in the hospital when all that kerfuffle with Hayley’s mother occurred. Would that really have been ignored. I would have thought walking out of hospital with a baby in your arms (no pram of carry cot or car seat) would have attracted attention.
Can’t decide what L is doing tho. Don’t know where that storyline will go.

Yes I was surprised no one else had posted. Haley seems be working around in nightie looking dead white. Don’t understand telling everyone will look after but change mind. Surely SS be happy foster if she really didn’t want to. Silly reasons not stay as all secrets come out on end. If she had got signed on for benefits and flat she wouldn’t have be living with them waiting then to throw her out.

For me, the most unrealistic part of last night's episode was that Cora left the house with only one dummy.

Why didn't Cora go to the mini mart for a new dummy?
She has been caring for her a long time and only just realised she can't cope?

Linda’s tactic to keep her secret by telling nobody is revolutionary by soap standards. I like it.
