Hi everyone, the last thread was nearly full. Is Imran so short of work he can take on a case at 2 mins notice?

I bet I'm the only one but I do like the scenes between Dev and Tyrones Gran.
She is awful to other people and I don't like her character but I do like Dev trying to play her at her own game

Mary’s yelling at Jude was quite bad acting I thought. Also the father/son scenes with Kev and Jack were really forced twee tonight.

I like Dev and Tys gran I think they’re funny.

Yes, Mary's shouting and yelling was very bad acting. There's too much of that in Corrie at the moment. They need far more subtlety in the more dramatic scenes.

I love them too! Grin I hope they keep it going long term. I don’t want them becoming friends. I want this game of cat and mouse to be a long running theme. It’s very funny.

Yes, I think Jude is supposed to be turning out to be a sociopath. I think the Mary-actor is struggling to play against Jude-actor's lumpenness though. She's great when acting with Tracey and Norris, but can't quite hack it with the cardboard cut out - too much over-compensating.

I hope they do write him out. He hasn’t endeared himself to the viewer at all. He hasn’t formed any relationships other than with Mary. He has no friends. He mopes about waiting for Angie to meet him on her lunch and jumps about like a child trying to get his mother to pat him on the head for being a clever boy.

Sometimes I'm shouting at the TV watching Corrie.

When Ty's grandma started to criticise Fizz about not doing baking why didn't Fizz say to her that she was very welcome to do some baking as she had lots of free time or ask ML if she worked full time back in the day.

They could keep Jude around but in the background, Angie has potential to be a good character and baby George is gorgeous but please no story lines or dialogue for him.

I really like Angie the actress is great - she’s a good at the solicitors office and believe that she would be friends with Toyah but Jude needs to go.
Liking having Nick back on the street.

😂ages on Corrie are a bit unbelievable at the best of times- Bethany looks older than her mum at times, and I posted up thread no way does Michelle look old enough to have those two as sons!

Also, re the awards, someone who did cpr once wouldn't be up for it, particularly when the other candidates had years of good deeds under their belts.

That was really creepy princess. I think there is worse to come from Jude. So glad Mary told Roy.

I wondered that too cloudy. Weatherfield is so tiny that it could only have the good samaritan awards in the bistro that holds 7 people, yet so massive that all the nominees and attendees are strangers apart from Jude and co Grin
