I thought Sinead was pretty good acting tonight. I can see how she'd be in such a conflict about the treatment. I really felt for her.

The ryan stuff was just ridiculous. A 26 year old man really expected his mummy to be by him 24/7 in the off chance he wakes up? When she has another son, a husband, a business and a police investigation to deal with. I mean this prick lived in his own in Ibiza for years with not even a phone call to his mammy, why has he reverted to being a 5 year old?

It bugs me that Ryan is such a whingey whiny waste of space as a fully fledged adult when he was reasonably mature and focused when he left for university. As for Ali, the actor's great, but I wish the scriptwriters would give him something to smile about for once.

The man playing Ali is a good actor, he's trying to bring depth to it. Awful storyline, though. Ryan really is a dreadful character.

I know flintfoxy, why on earth would she pick there for a date, apart from the fact that Jude could walk in (which of course he did) all her neighbours either work there or eat there.

Ryan is a bloody child.

Sinead was good in the hospital scenes but I hope she tells Daniel soon.

its the factory scenes that bug me
no way would eating be allowed whilst sitting at the sewing machines, talking to your boss with no respect
people just walking out when they get a phone call and to top it all no one does any work they just talk
mike baldwin would be in there giving out the p45s
jude needs to go he's so emotionless he looks like he's being worked by remote control

For Ali's sake I wish he would pack his bags and get the hell away from weatherfield but the actor is great and very good looking so I hope he stays put. It would be nice if this all settled down and as a pp said, he had something to smile about. Way too much room and gloom at present generally.

Sinead who is about 9 weeks pregnant is huge! The consultant said if she waited a few weeks until the end of her first trimester then she could have weak radiotherapy. 1st trimester is about week 12 or so isn't it? So why does she look like she is 25 weeks pregnant?!!!

Do you think that the writers were hinting about Jenny having a drinking problem, going in the back and swigging wine with the rest of the bottle next to her glass on standby?
