Oops! Just posted on the old thread and it passed 1000 messages and died. Thought I had better start a new one quick!

When are you going, Picsiminx?

Piksiminx · 20/06/2007 21:14

Nov 7th, just need to find a hotel to stay in now and train journey to book and money to save and.....

oggsfrog · 20/06/2007 21:23

Ooh, have you got good tickets then piksiminx?

Berrie - you, Lyra , Slayer and me? 1, 2, 3, 4

oggsfrog · 20/06/2007 21:27
Berrie · 20/06/2007 21:33

Lordy, I never could count

binkleandflip · 20/06/2007 21:34

I'm going on 14th July, therefore it appears, I'm going to watch a preview, pray, what does this mean?

Berrie · 20/06/2007 21:34

On that note I think it is time to turn in and say goodbye for a while, just make sure you are still all here when I get back otherwise I shall have to hunt you down and reel you back in!

Berrie · 20/06/2007 21:36

Perhaps it means Lee won't be shagged out and bored...tee hee by the sounds of things today he's already shagged out!

binkleandflip · 20/06/2007 21:36

Anyone?

lyrabelacqua · 20/06/2007 21:39

Not sure, binkle. 'Opening night' is July 17th but they're selling tickets for performances from 6th. maybe its just so they can iron out any glitches before press night. I'm sure you'll get a full performance.

binkleandflip · 20/06/2007 21:41

That was my concern, says on website 17th is press night but previews from 6th...hope it's a full show, it cost enough!!! But am going in August too, so either way, it'll work out.

oggsfrog · 20/06/2007 21:48

Bye Berrie, hope you all have a good time. I'll keep Lee warm for you

lyrabelacqua · 20/06/2007 21:51

I'm going twice too. I can't wait!!!

binkleandflip · 20/06/2007 21:53

Well, had booked to go with my sister, but my dd who's five was obsessed with Keith but conceded when Lee won that'd she'd still go and see it! Hence, dh and I booked again just so she could go as I knew she'd give me hell when she realised I was going without her in July!

lyrabelacqua · 20/06/2007 21:58

You're so lucky seeing it so soon.
I've got to wait till September

binkleandflip · 20/06/2007 22:00

I booked it ages ago, I think when Craig was still in. It's really booked up now though isn't it?

lyrabelacqua · 20/06/2007 22:03

Yup. I booked at the last minute, once I was sure I would see Lee and not Keith or Lewis. or, worse, the dreadful Craig (but he was never gonna win it, was he, really).

binkleandflip · 20/06/2007 22:05

I know! I'd had a few wines that night so was feeling a bit edgy and risky so I booked it!! Thankfully, it was Lee (not craig or keith, though Lewis I wouldn't have minded either - aw!! bless!!)

oggsfrog · 20/06/2007 22:08

Gah

I can't believe I was actually trawling through the ticket sites again today trying to find some better tickets for when dd has a school hol.

Not taking into account that I live (humph, tried to do a google on distance I live from London, but it didn't work) ooh, hundreds of miles away, have no money, and the nearest place I could stay is with my parents in Wiltshire

What's really pissing me off is that dh said today that we could pay up to £50 for the tickets, and there aren't any available.

Ah well

binkleandflip · 20/06/2007 22:11

It's going to be a 750 mile round trip for us to see it, but it's going to be great. To be honest, I'm not that into Lee, he doesn't do it for me in that way, but I'm sure he's going to be a fantastic performer and it'll be a great show (as it always is)

lyrabelacqua · 20/06/2007 22:15

I didn't mean to get two sets but i've ended up with them and can't bear to sell them. also, I'm in London, the theatre is half an hour away so it's a lot, lot easier for me.
when your dh said £50, is that per ticket or in total? give me your dates and I'll search with you.
I also can't believe I'm behaving like this. But a quick google search will reveal that most of the female population of the UK (and a fair few males too) are fighting over the man. He's got something, and he's got bags of it. Lucky, lucky Kerry.

lyrabelacqua · 20/06/2007 22:17

Wow, 750 miles. And you're not that into Lee?
Are you mad?
Look at the pic on my profile page. That'll change your mind.

oggsfrog · 20/06/2007 22:18

Not That Into Lee ???????????????????

[bottom jaw drops to floor]

binkleandflip · 20/06/2007 22:20

Nope, I get that he's cute, twinkly and very talented etc. but he just doesn't ring my bell! I really like Joseph though, it's childhood memory type thing, so it'll just be great to see it in the west end.

lyrabelacqua · 20/06/2007 22:22

Oggs, on another site they've started a 'right, lets fight over Lee' thread
