Why was Bethany having a go at a vicar for bring a Christian and basically doing his job?

As far as I remember he did thenightsky, I think he was trying to get money for Liz and Steve to get the pub back and shot a security man, I can't understand why they'd bring him back, unless it's something to do with that condition he has that Steve and his kids had to be tested for.

I found it very odd that when Liz was explaining why they don't have the pub anymore she never mentioned Ruari, she just said Michelle left Steve because he cheated with Leanne.

Because he is David’s friend, supported David through the aftermath of his rape and is now supporting his rapist. It would be hard to process for even the most committed Christian, which Bethany is not.

I do get you, but Bethany is a teen, and not just that, she is also a rape victim. It’s not as simple for her to understand billy being, (what she perceived as) nice to a rapist. In her head rapists go to prison, they don’t get treated with kindness by the victims friends.

I think that's been on the cards for a while.. but they're also seemingly hinting at Tim and Gina. could be an interesting love triangle but I think there's been so many over the years they're losing the impact.

Sally is remarkably cheerful and positive for someone that has been totally stitched up and may go to prison for fraud.
