Maybe I'm surrounded by stronger accents. I honestly would never have called it a Welsh accent, ever ever.

Sexual assault! Come on - Alexandra was definitely up for something more than Alex was willing to give. To be honest - I don't know why he is in there. Alexandra has awful dress sense - those thongs and revealing dresses are awful. The majority of those romances aren't going to last five minutes. Wes is only 20. Megan has a massive past and I am not sure once they are out it will all suddenly hit him.

Although I think Alex will go tonight some would be moaning if he had lead her on further. He is definitely not gay. Why on earth would someone gay go onto a show like this?

Well he kind of made his move on Ellie, grace, that Somerset girl, Laura, and Megan and was rejected by them all. I say kind of, because I don't think he was genuine, hence their rejection.

Definitely think the heat is getting to people, but I'm fascinated with how differently people on here see things.

I do think Alex should have gone the friend route after the recoupling, but chose not to because he was playing the game.

As for lying to Alexandra on the date. I saw it more that his answers were vague and evasive, he looked very uncomfortable and he said more than once about taking things slow and taking each day as it comes.

The kindest thing for him to have done, was say to Alexandra the pressure of the villa was too much, so could they be friends and if things change when they're out of the villa then they could be open to that. That way he would have been able to 'dump' her in private.

Is it just me or does anyone else hate the expression “sink school”? Do you cringe even more when the sink school is naturally located in the “north of England”?

See Alex does sound quite 'well-spoken' to me as well and my ears only detect a small hint of a Welsh accent, he sounds English southern in general and I can see how his accent can sound quite posh, especially when you have Dani/jack/josh/Megan/jack2 with their estuary and Essex accents.
Laura2 sounded more 'posh' to me though!

Becayse they want to be a tv doctor and don't wish to admit they are gay, which is very sad in this day and age.

I really don't know his sexual orientation, none of us do, but I think it's clear he's not been into any woman and doesn't have normal straight guy in his 20s reactions to women. He even kisses like it's fake.

I’ve not been a huge fan of his, despite my defence of him. I don’t know what he’s doing there full stop. My defence is really against the disproportionate and vile abuse he’s received on here. He’s socially awkward at the very least and doesn’t deserve this level of nastiness.

Bizarre is right. he is socially awkward but is that any worse than Wes having sex with Laura1 and then dumping her for someone who used to be stripper and has done so much to her body she looks like a Barbie doll.

Megan is softening somewhat but she is now nervous about the outside world and meeting Wes's parents. I will be very honest and say if my 20 year old son came home with an ex stripper who had a face full of fillers and various bits of her body changed by surgery at such a young age I wouldn't be jumping up and down with joy.

And for me, I think most of them do genuinely like each other romantically, even if it doesn't last. The only exceptions I put in there are Paul and Georgia with sam.

As for if my child came home with a stripper, I'd like to think I'd look at who she was, not what she was, and I think she genuinely likes wes. Right now she's coming over as a nicer person that Alex, although her behaviour in the past has not been good either.
