I think even jack looked concerned when he was telling Dani about Alex, when he said he didn't know what Alex wanted, he looked stricken.

Bluntness you are using it in a completely unacceptable way. He doesn’t fancy her so he must be gay? Some men just don’t find some women attractive. And vice versa. Personally I find intellect incredibly sexy. If I went on that show I would find none of the men attractive (including Dr A). I couldn’t fake it either, but it doesn’t make me gay! But I might try if that’s what the ‘game’ is.
Alex was pressured quite heavily by the other lads re Alex3 (and other new islanders before her). It’s obvious he’s been trying to fit and trying to make it work. It hasn’t. He has handled it badly, but that doesn’t make him gay FFS.

Someone wrote earlier that Alex3 has basic vocab because she used the word dogshite. She also used the word discombobulated, hardly basic. I also love the word dogshite 😁

Love Alexandra, she handled that so well. He wasted her time and led her on, if I were her I'd walk....therefore forcing him to have to leave as well, there's nothing more 'love wise' in the villa for her

What I don't get is why he didn't just hold on until sunday and then let things fizzle out on the outside world. It's not like there is going to be anyone else coming in.

Alex is perfectly entitled to decide it is not working with Alex3 BUT he should never have led her on twice. Alex3 could have potentially pursued another man but Alex made sure she had no options by enlisting the help of Wes and Josh to steer Paul to pick Laura1 so he could get his second chance. Alex3 deserves so much better and Alex needs to leave now.

I agree Alex has treated Alexandra so badly. The recoupling with her was so dishonest and then the role play to win her back when actually she was quite turned off him at that stage. I wish we could vote him out and leave her in.

I don’t like seeing Jack brown nosing Alex too. I just feel he is trying to copy Kem and Chris’s authentic friendship from last year. It all feels very calculated, as I sometimes wonder whether his relationship with Dani is too on his side. I really like Dani.

Have asked my gay son if he thinks Alex is a gay. He’s undecided but thinks he’s cold and manipulative

I think Dr Alex has run out of excuses tbh. And now everyone can see that he's the biggest game player in there.

Yes! I agree. I don't like this years LI cast as much as last years.

Hang on, at no point, not once, did I say Alex was gay because he didn't fancy Alexandra. I said he was gay because he didn't fancy any woman in there, just played at it, that his body language tells us he's not into any of the women on there and that there has been some gorgeous women on there.

And at no point was he pressurised into trying a second time with Alexandra. Not once.

Sure he felt pressure to couple up. But he should not have done so, with anyone, as he's not fancied any woman. It doesn't matter who he coupled up with, he would have done the same to her as he has Alexandra.

And again. Being gay is like being blonde. It's not an insult it's just easy you are.

Dani is a nice girl - I admire her for how astute she is at reading people and situations.

Just because he hasn't romantically 'clicked' with anyone in the villa doesn't mean he's gay.

His body language is probably as it is because he hadn't 'clicked' or felt comfortable with anyone in the villa.

Just a thought anyway.

Ok , but I'd say that it's very unusual for a 27 year old man not to be physically attracted in any way shape nor form to any female that came into that house.

Whatever Alex is, and the reality is we don't know, I think it's clear he's not a nice man. He's been playing a game to keep himself in there. At Alexandra's expense. And she could have been anyone, he would have done the same to Laura 2 or any other female. He has no interest in them physically.

Hey got to say - why is it only the man gets to drive the sports car? Hello - if it were me, I'd expect.my turn. This show so reinforces stereotypes.

What the hell is Alex actually playing at? How can he not even want to cuddle Alexandra? I don't get it. He can cuddle and kiss the boys fine so why not the girls? He's so clearly just not interested

It's a real shame Alexandra didn't go in earlier, shes so lovely and she handled that perfectly. I would be routing for her to win if she wasn't with alex!

I can kind of understand that Alex has the personality to be a doctor but he really hasn’t shown any empathy or concern for any of his female companions and they were just the means to stay.

I don’t trust a word he has said about his previous relationships ....

I expect the date lasted longer than the ten minutes of footage, so maybe Alexandra drove too.

I feel very sorry for Alexandra, but it would've been so easy for Alex to have faked it for the next few days. The public vote showed him that they were in the 'top 3' couples so he must know that he's shooting himself in the foot by calling it off with her. It might be a little late, but I think that shows some integrity.

I also don’t think Dr Alex is gay, I think he’s a bit of a snob and none of the girls have been ‘professional’ for him. I have no idea what his type is but I think he’s tried to like people but it hasn’t happened, wasn’t he ‘head hunted’ to be in the show, don’t think he actually applied. He’s so bloody akward with girls though, it’s like he’s had no experience whatsoever! He’s had some really lovely girls to choose from, especially Alex3, I don’t think this has been a good experience for him!! I think Jack honestly likes his company. We see such an edited view of what happens in 24 hours, I think they do really get on.
Dani is so wise for her years, she’s got everyone sussed and there’s no side to her, she’s lovely.

I don’t think he’s gay. Or asexual. I also don’t think he’s done that much wrong.

He could have stayed with her till the end. He didn’t. He came clean and did what I think in the circumstances was the most honourable thing.

I think these are just not “his type” of girls. And that’s ok.
