The clips made it clear what's going to happen later. My memories popped up on FB from 2011 and I think it congratulated THIS YEAR'S WINNERS.

Pete eating seafood was awesome.

Oh I already know who wins. I like to know before it starts as like to see how much they grow over the series. Won’t spoil it for anyone on here though.

R&R were so rude, even when they were getting comments from the judges. And Roula’s crazy smug grin when talking about their food was annoying.

I’m just catching up as been away for a week.... wouldn’t those elimination cook offs be better if the other teams didn’t know who had cooked the dishes? Love that R&R have gone!

Just watched today’s. What was the advantage given from the last challenge? I didn’t see it mentioned at all or anyone with an advantage

@MiddleClassProblem I think the advantage was given to them at elimination house, where both people from the winning team from each group got to score separately ie had 20 points not just 10

Just watched it. The rice concoction looks grim. I have a completely irrational dislike for Marco. Think Davide is a twit, but really dislike Marco and can't quite put my finger on why.

Thought it was a difficult challenge - had to laugh at the Russians not being able to drive. Missed their shopping bit so how did they manage that?

We finished this series in NZ a few months ago. No spoilers from me obviously but I reckon this was the most entertaining season yet!

I thought the challenge was pretty hard. That rice concoction was bloody awful.

Stripy, they were in a huge warehouse so all the ingredients were under one roof. I’m liking the Russians. They’re funny in a dry humour sense.

Yes I liked the Russians too. They can also cook which is more than be said for some of the contestants.

Davide and Marco are getting on my nerves, bleating on about how their mums make the best food. Feel sorry for their wives/girlfriends. No wonder Davide is single.

Hat guy annoys me when he’s cooking. It’s like he’s presenting a cooking show rather than hust saying what’s going on and his girlfriend reminds me of a muppet or an avenue Q person. I quite like her. I like him when he’s not presenting.

Ugh the hipster couple work on my nerves, Vulga and Malaria are starting to grow on me. I think Sonja and Hadil are probably the strongest cooks on the show and they deliver every time.

Love Jazzy and Stella and Henry's sister Anna, the Botched twins are just bleugh, hopefully they learnt their lesson yesterday.

Unfortunately I think Matt and Aly will be going tonight, they are my faves GI Joe and Barbie but Josh and Nic are better cooks than them. :(

Just caught up after being away. The Russians dishing up raw pork to group 1 was a plan of such flawless evil genius, I almost cheered out loud!
Not only did it gain them good scores from guests and judges, it had the added benefit of annoying R and R to the point they argued with the judges, making themselves look like sore loosers, who were trying to discredit other contestants. The Russians managed a look of deep disappointment with R and R's poor sportsmanship, without retaliating, instantly turning themselves into oppressed underdogs in the judges eyes, rather than the ice cold Machiavellian schemers they really are!

The drama really stepped up a notch! I was surprised who was involved. If Suong spotted the over criticising then I would tend to believe her. It’s odd though. If they really think group two are the best (and they were in the beginning) wouldn’t it make sense to eliminate them so you have easier competition?

Watching that chicken liver parfait being made - virtually nobody in MKR seems to grasp that frying doesn't involve stewing food in tepid oil. It's normally a deep fat fryer, with the food sinking sadly to the bottom, but that pair couldn't even get a frying pan hot!

That colour! I mean it was pretty obvious just by looking at it that it was done for. Josh and Nic and their timings was frustrating though. I’m an organised person with a husband with bad time management. It made me think that’s what he’d be like Grin

I wasn't surprised the Army couple were gone, they haven't been great really, and team 1 was starting to look thin on the ground.

But I really don't like the brothers so I hope they don't last much longer.

I was thinking the same MiddleClass, also I thought they'd all be scoring very low but the brothers got a huge score.
