Yes I’ve always thought it’s a short window as if you’re watching on +1 you miss the vote but last night you could have paused for 15mins and you’d have missed the vote! Is it a ploy to get more people to watch it live rather than on the hub, I wonder.

I watched the whole show last night but was so tired I turned it off as soon as the titles started playing. I assume the 'vote now' bit was after that?

Isn’t the vote so short because they make them leave as soon as the results are in? It always seems late at night when they leave anyway...

Love island is so low budget. Bachelor in paradise should be on soon which is similar but American.

The vote is so short because they are chucking the losers out immediately afterwards, and they are an hour ahead, don't forget. That's basically making them leave at midnight.

Have started watching series 1 . So much better.

I really do not want Alex 3 to waltz off with a a share of prize money or any other follow up goodies. She is not sincere. There is also the small matter of the fact that she knows Megan already but neither has acknowledged the other.

How late do you think they stay up? (Ive heard they have no access to the time in the villa)

There has been reference to them being awake at 2.30am, and even 5am before, so getting booted out at midnight probably doesn't feel late to them. (And the camera men/woman probably work in shifts)

I’ve seen interviews say most nights they have to go to bed at a reasonable time as the producers say they need a set amount of sleep. I find that odd along with all the contact they have with producers and being allowed a morning out each week (are they minded? Do they just go straight online and read what’s happening). Having grown up with big brother when the isolation and also things like late nights adds to the stress and produces more ‘entertainment’ I find it odd

I’m not sure that I believe that they’re allowed out once a week. Has someone read that somewhere?

I read it in a couple of different articles and a friend said about it too.

She says that they were allowed a day off/out on a Friday or a Saturday but that boys/girls were separated and tended to go to the beach or a restaurant.

Incidentally, today I met a girl who was at college with Georgia. She said she was a laugh but quite the diva. I think she was being diplomatic

Agree unique they need something to work for like the shopping budget on BB. There isn't enough tension especially as they are all so happy in their couples and not competing for partners.
