"New money" is an inherently derogatory term generally used by snobs to distinguish the moral superiority of inherited wealth as opposed to earned income. Apologies if you didn't mean it in this way but maybe don't use the phrase again unless you intend to offend!

It will be interesting if it's one from each couple that stays. Presumably it will be the rest of the islanders who have the decision in their hands and I think the outcome would vary quite a lot depending on if it was a vote in couples, vote girls/boys or agree all together thing.

Georgia has been annoying the last few days but mainly just because she's been having repeated tantrums about the same dull things. She's really not done a lot wrong in terms of being a horrible person though. etc. the whole peck with Jack thing got blown way out of proportion. I think that Josh is a prick, and also Wes, I appreciate that Georgia has been annoying but the way that those two have spoken about her behind her back in the beach hut just shows that they're dicks tbh.

Can you imagine how you would come across on this programme? Seriously, just stop for a moment and think about what that might look like. The moaning, bad habits, bit of gossiping.

I think that’s how you interpret it. I don’t attach any inferiority to it moral or otherwise. Two of my oldest friends have always called themselves nouveau riche. Old or new money is just a fact, it doesn’t have to be a judgment. (Plenty of old monied people are arseholes).

The texting thing isn’t new, they could text each other last year. The producers can see them all, and sure gabby got in trouble when one of hers slagging someone else off was read out? Adam was also texting g Rosie earlier this series to get her to come and see him.

The show itself - I’m not really feeling it.

So that's why Georgia is throwing a cushion! She wants to be seen as loyal but won't be if she chooses to stay, which is what she wants so badly. She can't win either way.

Not at all. They worked to reap considerable financial rewards whereas lottery winners are just lucky and usually destined for a miserable life.
