Love Island Is Back part 2

Couldn’t see another thread and the last one is full!

I love J/D and just have a huge grin on my face whenever they are on screen. Same with Wes and Laura. They genuinely seem to like each other.

100% think Adam has tried it on with Megan. He will have been surprised she didn’t pick him for a date, that kind of man does not understand rejection.

Charlie is super creepy. I don’t like blonde men at all though but he reminds me of the lad off This Is England....the one who was always fighting with the main lot.

I always laugh at 'On the Outside' like they are lifers waiting for parole.... They have only been in there a week

RoseWhiteTips · 13/06/2018 10:21

Love some of those comments. Make me lol

RoseWhiteTips · 13/06/2018 10:21

PanGalaticGargleBlaster

🤣🤣

RoseWhiteTips · 13/06/2018 10:22

Alex is normal! And nice. That’s the weird thing because he is surrounded by wannabes!!

RoseWhiteTips · 13/06/2018 10:24

When the boys do the weights thing, they do look like a bunch of primates in a jungle clearing. The weights drag the arms so it exacerbates the effect.

RoseWhiteTips · 13/06/2018 10:26

Think I dislike Eyal more than Adam. He makes me cringe more. At least with Adam what you see is what you get but Eyal is a sneak.

RainySeptember · 13/06/2018 10:28

What a sad indictment of society that the perfectly normal, professional guy is seen as odd when compared to the attention-seeking narcissistic moronic airheads he's sitting next to.

Notmorewashing · 13/06/2018 10:30

Is Rosie actually a lawyer ?! With all of that awful slap and tacky clothes and nails really!

RoseWhiteTips · 13/06/2018 10:33

Read somewhere that she had just qualified but I agree with you. The tackiness is most apparent in her out of all the girls. If she were a proper lawyer, she would surely be more circumspect and more like Alex.

BuenosAires · 13/06/2018 10:34

Notmorewashing I am a lawyer myself and I would hazard a guess she has qualified and possibly found either a training contract or paralegal job of some kind and quickly realised it was not the job for her...

Being a lawyer can be extremely boring and time consuming and is not in the least bit glamorous in my experience...

Agree Rosie looks far lovelier without the make-up. Why the drag-queen slap?

Notmorewashing · 13/06/2018 10:41

She really stands out as the tackiest and doesn’t come across at all savvy. I almost fell off my chair when they said that :o

PowerPantsRule · 13/06/2018 11:00

I missed the start yesterday - did they make any announcement that Niall had left? Very strange not to refer to it if they did not. I could not work out why Georgia was suddenly interested in Charlie!

I would expect a 'Niall tells all' headline soon in The Sun!

OutofSyncGirl · 13/06/2018 11:01

I think the comments on here about Rosie are mean and a bit snobby. Just because she wears a lot of make up doesn't mean she can't be a real solicitor Hmm

LucheroTena · 13/06/2018 11:04

I missed last nights. Why did Niall leave?

Ginorchoc · 13/06/2018 11:06

Ha yes I agree he stands out against the other monkeys due to his career and ‘normalness’ if that’s a word.

But nothing to do with that, if I didn’t know his background there is still something unnerving about him.

The other are just a bunch of goons. I can’t help but watch though!

OutofSyncGirl · 13/06/2018 11:08

Something strange is definitely going on wrt Niall suddenly leaving. The show has obviously tried to hush it up. Also Rosie, when having a go at Adam made reference to Niall's dishonesty- she says 'you did what he did'. I think he must have broken the rules in some way...

RoseWhiteTips · 13/06/2018 11:18

OutofSyncGirl
Well, I certainly woukdn’t Want to represent me if she was liberally coated in slap.

RoseWhiteTips · 13/06/2018 11:18

*wouldn’t

RoseWhiteTips · 13/06/2018 11:19

And again...

OutofSyncGirl
Well, I certainly wouldn’t want her to represent me if she was liberally coated in slap.

RoseWhiteTips · 13/06/2018 11:21

I recall there was one night Niall was texting in bed. The commentator referenced it.

OutofSyncGirl · 13/06/2018 11:22

What are the rules about texting?

Bluntness100 · 13/06/2018 11:50

I understand Rosie is a solicitor, just completed her training and qualified with a firm in Manchester. I think she left it to do this, not sure.

The way she presents on tv May not be how she presents at work.

Adam initially looked attractive but not coming across as a bit of a sleaze. It's easy to forget he's only 22. Not that that's an excuse. Seems an ego issue there, he needs to know every woman fancies him. Immaturity maybe.

Niall I suspect either did something wrong, but wouldn't be just texts, would be violence, sexual or racial, or they found something out about him and removed him. The fact he was unable to say goodbye and they called him in and removed him, would indicate one of those things. But who knows, I'm sure we will find out eventually.,,

mnahmnah · 13/06/2018 12:07

When Zara left a couple of years ago because of family stuff, the programme showed her upset about it and saying bye to everyone. The fact that this time with Niall, nobody seemed surprised or said anything, the show skimmed over it, really does suggest he’s broken the rules
