Evening. Starting off tonight. Won't be here tomorrow night!

Am being forced to watch on catch up in a bit to 'forward through the ads' and so DH can watch Home And Away. Such is my life.

Another - last week I did a plan given by a friend. Apparently you can lose a stone. First time I lost 10lbs, this time, five. It's basically eggs, salad, steak, grapefruit, fruit, dry toast, tomatoes. No alcohol, oils, dressings, sugar, dairy.

Yawning - I have another thread. I'm having trouble drinking more than sips.

Oh low carb is not that bad. I can make brownies, cake, pancakes, ice cream, steak, avocado. What's not to like! 😀

And I LOVE not having a pregnant looking tum any more...

Well I'm pregnant so no amount of low carb is fixing that here
