I have found my people with this thread! Carol's money is old money: married into the Radziwills who are related to the Kennedy family, and a Kennedy daughter Lee married European Royalty. So she can use Princess if she wanted to out title Luann. She also won awards for her war and news journalism before writing books. Dorinda dates John because as her daughter states, "she's a chubby chaser": and she told someone I forget who, that he's erm blessed in a certain dept. She also is bit too fond of a martini or two - or four, and but can't handle it well. Sonja lost lot money in film projects that went nowhere & her billionaire banker husband dragged their divorce out for 7years. To keep her house which she is massively emotionally attached to she sold her other two houses & is only just out of debt. House wouldn't get going rate for sale as its so run down thru lack £. Her interns are cheap alternative because she misses having staff. Her clothing line & RHONY are her only income. She's realised the others use her drinking against her so has reined it in around them. Luann is desperate to be a wife after novelty of 2years dating wore off, which is why she ignored the red flags with Tom. She's also a do as I say not as I do snob. Ramona has mellowed massively but is still tactless on occasion. I think her unhappy marriage was cause of her aggressive spiteful side before. Bethenney isn't as tortured over her childhood now but still doesn't suffer fools gladly. Her delivery is too aggressive for the others tho who are now resentful even if what she's saying is usually spot on, as she's very intelligent. Her "Luann is in pre wed" (as oppose to pre med) was the old v v funny Bethenny. . Tinsley is ditzy 'filler', like Kristen & Kelly before her.

I wouldbt have said Lou needed rehab i think she was just heartbroken and went looking for him.

RHONY is my favourite, although I'll watch most of them - I draw the line at Melbourne and Auckland. What channel are you all watching on? I think I'm at least a season behind. I haven't seen the return of Bethenny.

When I was in NY recently I was looking out for the housewives and was telling my teenage DD, ooh Bethany lives near here and Caroles place is just up there. I'm such a saddo!

I like Carole. I like Bethenny, but I couldn't be in the same room as her because she talks with so many words so quickly. I like Sonja and Ramona. Ramona is better now she's rid of Mario. I knew he was a slime ball first time I saw him. Poor Ramona was so loyal to him.

Anyone seen this weeks? Luanne looked stunning in every evening dress she tried on. I think she has a cracking figure. Carole is too thin for me. I love her style but not her surgery it looks more obvious every week. I cant stand how grabby sonya is. The way she literally jumps on the free sample jeans. Every week shes nicking something ir talking about how she doesnt like spending money. Where does Tinsley get her money? Why is she paying 30 grand a month rent?

Luann did look amazing in those blingy dresses. Ramona's flirting at the speed dating was a cringe-fest. She's 61! She needs a reality check.

I can't see why Luann has to be in AA. Was she an alcoholic? To me, she just drank too much and got (very) lairy. I can't imagine living her socialite life and never drinking again.

I go to NY relatively often and often stalk the West Village in the hope I'll see Carole (total girl crush) or Andy Cohen. never going to happen.

Bethenney used to be my favourite but she's just too much sometimes.
I feel like Carole is holding a major grudge against Bethenney and that she will reveal what it's all about, I doubt it's just to do with the Adam thing.
Sonja is vulgar, ditzy and clueless and yet i love her.
Ramona thinks shes way better than she is Does she still have her business I wonder? I have always admired how she came from nothing.

I saw on twitter than Luann has checked herself back into rehab and will be unavailable for the reunion taping scheduled for this week.

I’m sure it’s nothing to do with the fact she doesn’t want to discuss her arrest, rehab or the fact her ex AND children have just filed a lawsuit against her. 🤔

Why have her kids filed a lawsuit against her? I thought her conversation with her daughter about Tom a while ago was cringeworthy!

They were supposed to get a quarter of the $8 million house she sold as part of the divorce. I dunno how I feel about it shouldn’t it be in a trust and I’m interested to know if they have jobs.
