I’ve just heard that this will start in the US at the end of this month but Channel 4 haven’t said when they’ll start showing it yet.

Wow, brilliant but terrifying!

How did they think any woman could possibly conceive if they were that stressed!!!!!!!

I think it's fairly easy to make large groups of people comply when you take away their money, power, freedom, children and then torture and kill them for disobedience.

That's left me feeling rather sick.

Omg the hanging scene where they were being herded like cattle. Patriarchy taken to its extreme conclusion. The Hugh grant thing would have been an easier watch

They don't really have any choice do they? The punishments for not conforming are brutal. It's so chilling.

Argh my bloody tv has just cut out...I saw the scan, then what's happened?

MyGast she went to put her boots back on and there was a key left in her boot with a red square on it, it unlocked a door and she followed red squares til she finally got in the back of a van that has just pulled away. Its making it look like she's escaping but we all know how that turned out last time...

I gave up at the gas ring.

A man called her June and she found a key in her boot and she's escaped it would seem!

One of the men has dropped a key in June's boot and she's managed to escape into a van through some service tunnels

I'm pretty sure that Lydia will not feature in the most popular baby name lists for a great many years to come!

Were they burning her hand? I didn't see it was a gas ring.

Asked DH to watch with me but he can't stomach it.

It's just such fantastic, intelligent program making and storytelling. Makes you realise how rubbish everything else on TV has become! Has to be the antithesis to Mrs Brown's boys.

MyGast, there was a key in her boot with a red square on, used to open door with same mark and then follow trail until she's ended up in a van being driven away. Not seen any other people so acting on instinct and a big dose of trust. Heart in mouth, hope your TV is back soon.
