Can someone explain why I find Harry constantly referring to Liv as "Bentley" so irritating? (other than the obvious fact Harry is an arrogant (without justification) tool?)

I don't know why but it grates with me so much. Maybe because it seems disrespectful? Or as if he's too try hard - trying to be treating her like one of the boys?

What I don’t get about Liv and Diggers is why can’t they just go out out together? It doesn’t have to be Digby = staying in, mates = going out. Why can’t tgey stay in together sometimes and go out with mates sometimes. Surely nobody actually just gets into a relationship and never leaves the house again!?

Harry is so ridiculous that I actually find myself liking him. DH and I have adopted ‘What a piece’ as our standard insult now after he said it in just about every episode!

Clarabell, I sort of know what you mean about Harry. He's just utterly ridiculous but oddly likeable - or at least, enjoyable to watch. If I were his girlfriend though, I'd hate the fact that he's so overly invested in his friendship with Liv - not that girls and boys can't be mates, but I think I'd get the hump! Melissa is remarkably chilled out I think. Liv needs to grow up - as above, going out with mates / staying at home with boyfriend are not mutually exclusive. Perhaps Liv is still a bit of a caner and Digby isn't into all that sort of stuff? i.e. class As? Come to think of it I'd be very surprised if most of the cast weren't into class As... Louise definitely would have been but probably not now. But the rest of them - come ON! Also shocked at how much Louise's face as changed over the years - girl has had serious work done... lip / cheek fillers, too much botox etc. she's only young!

God that conversation in the gym between Digby and Ryan was creepy as fuck. The possessive language they used about their girlfriends was shocking. Digby saying ‘there were some problems but I’VE sorted it now’. And Ryan persuading him to tell Liv she can’t go out with her friends and be with him. Just ugh.
