With a cameo from Toffs jungle camp mate Stanley! I know I shouldn’t watch this, I’m well aware I’m not the target audience, but I find it strangely compelling.....
Found tonight’s episode as infuriating as always - why on earth has little fat Fonz decided he needs to be in London to paint, and when did Tiny Tears get her lips done?

Good grief, what is the name of this wonderful Made in Chelsea park?! So, he approached your dog! That's very cool. You clearly have a very cute dog!

It must be a coincidence that he was in the park they film in as judging by the past two episodes he isn't in Made in Chelsea anymore. Perhaps he wants to remind the producers of what they're missing?! Grin

sagradafamiliar · 02/04/2019 09:16

I liked Habbs but there goes that awful double standard again 'I don't want her in our house' because Maeva dared to agree to a coffee as a single woman, whilst Miles is sleeping with other women while there's no tomorrow, whilst stringing her along.
Oh well, not only is Maeva a confident woman, she's French so good luck to anyone who tries to shame her for liking sex!

Sedgewick · 02/04/2019 09:37

I don't think it was the idea of her going for a coffee with Angus, I think she maybe used that as an excuse to justify her dislike of Maeva?

Habbs is a sweet girl but I suspect she is quite conservative and isn't comfortable with how sexual Maeva is. I bet her toes curled at the thought of her stripping down to her underwear in her living room!

She possibly disapproves of Maeva having a purely sexual relationship with Miles. Sorry Habbs but it's not for you to decide and it takes two to tango!

sagradafamiliar · 02/04/2019 09:40

I agree but she wasn't so conservative when she stripped off and did that shower scene with Sam (how do I remember this stuff?!)
Yeah, I think she just doesn't like Maeva.

CarolDanvers · 02/04/2019 10:39

This was in a different park by my child’s school actually, not the filming park. Chelsea/Fulham/Hammersmith are all very close together and smaller than you’d think so it’s not really that surprising to come across them. I’m out and about a lot in the local area for various reasons.

NumbersStation · 02/04/2019 21:18

jay

None of these buggers have enough gumption or orbs to get in the grills of folk.

They might just manage to block a hole in a tea strainer.

There will never be another Lucy.

Maeva is just a sneering chippy bint with an accent who happens to sport a butchered version of Miss Mary of Sweden underpinnings. And possibly waaaaay too much rouge.

Liv is looking terribly haggard. Although she has made merry with a few quid in an ear piercing shop by the look of it.

Fred looks more and more porcine. What is it they say? Pig in a wig?

The acting is dire. Like a braying and guffawing version of Acorn Antiques. Except Acorn Antiques was wonderful. And this isn't.

Blondeshavemorefun · 04/04/2019 09:54

miles is like a dog on heat

not sure about her underwear and habbs didnt seem impressed

james deserved that drink over him

WeMarchOn · 04/04/2019 10:53

Is it wrong i crush over Mark Francis 🤣

Sedgewick · 04/04/2019 11:04

It's a waste of time because I doubt Mark-Francis would ever do anything as common as have sex!

Mark-Francis seems to have found his soulmate in Freddie, judging from episode 2. You could see the shock in his face that finally someone he considers an equal has joined the show. The jury's out on whether he's right. Must admit Freddie was funny in the second podcast. Those two are clearly going to become BFFs though.

WeMarchOn · 04/04/2019 11:08

I just love how well spoken he is 😍

Sagradafamiliar · 04/04/2019 11:33

Oh yes I love Mark-Francis. Freddie is like actual royal status posho isn't he, he almost makes M-F sound 'knees up mother Brown' in comparison.

Sedgewick · 04/04/2019 11:46

I've honestly never seen Mark-Francis look so taken aback as when he met Freddie. What a posh off!

jay55 · 04/04/2019 12:16

I don't think Mark-Francis would do anything so crass as to buy up a bunch of local paintings and export them.
Unless the locality was Paris in the 1700s.

WeMarchOn · 04/04/2019 19:16

I have thought for a while M-F could be an Aspie 🤔

Sedgewick · 08/04/2019 21:36

Rosie thinks she's just as sneaky as James so they'll be a good match? Reminds me of Lucy Watson saying she was a player and she still got completely played by Spencer.

Cannot believe that blonde girl who went on a date with Fredrik is cheerfully saying she is in love with James when James told her last week that she was easy to string along.

Liv is the only one who has ever been able to play the guys at their own game.

Does Habbs fancy Miles or something? Cannot understand why she is so keen to get rid of Maeva otherwise.

Scoose · 08/04/2019 22:15

I can't stand habbs she needs to wind her neck in!

nutsfornutella · 08/04/2019 22:34

Has Habbs shagged Myles in the past? She's very biased and weirdly protective of him during this Maeve incident.

Sedgewick · 08/04/2019 22:40

More like maybe she wants to shag Miles in the future...

I get that Maeva is passionate but anyone would get wound up by someone who smiles at you and says that they're glad you're not with the guy you're in love with.

Also her advice is basically to get lost which Maeva doesn't want to do. Did Habbs get lost when Sam cheated on her? No.

Honestly this is just like how Louise was with Habbs.

jay55 · 09/04/2019 14:26

The "First, this is none of your business" line was the best in a while.

Totally agree Habbs is acting like Louise did to her and the Vegas girl. Though Louise doesn't look to have been far off the mark on Habbs.

Sedgewick · 09/04/2019 16:34

I suppose it may be uncomfortable for her when newcomers join and start getting all the attention from the opposite sex?

Angus was interested in Habbs but then swiftly switched to Maeva. That couldn't have helped. I mean Habbs was obviously not interested him but it may have dented her ego.

OR maybe she IS interested in Miles. If so it won't end well!

NumbersStation · 09/04/2019 16:38

I would appear to be in the minority but I think Habbs is on the button.

Maeva is a bit of a cunt for the drama (not the butter) and is not passionate. Just rude.

She thinks she is edgy. She isn't. Just rude.

She thinks she is a cut above. She isn't. Just rude.

She thinks she is 26. She looks like a well preserved 40 year old. And a rude one at that.

Being French is no excuse for being an arsehole.

Habbs is right - she is putting herself right in the firing line for hurt when she doesn't have to.

She can poke off back to France. Or another part of London. Like Walford.

e.

That's for you Rosi. You dropped it.

Wonnacott35 · 09/04/2019 18:14

Habbs said Maeva was 26 and Miles is 20. So they had a thing when he was 16? Didn't they say they basically lived together for four years?

Sagradafamiliar · 09/04/2019 18:34

I thought Habbs said Angus was 20, not Miles.
Still loving Maeva and she's right, it's the fact she's French that doesn't translate well and she comes off rude and fuming. Habbs is becoming possessive off Miles.

Sedgewick · 09/04/2019 19:07

Agree wit you, Sagradafamilar - in fact people are far ruder about Maeva than she has been rude to anyone.

Miles is 23 btw!

Isth · 09/04/2019 19:41

Habbs is being a massive twat imo, it’s no bloody wonder Maeva is upset, it’s not hard to understand, she doesn’t really need to be sticking her nose in and being an arsehole to her. It’s literally nothing to do with her.
