I'm surprised Richard is so positive about this - it seems pretty grim to me.

Harriet seems quite cold. He's too nice for her.

I think Richard is too good for her but Harriet thinks he isn't.

Maybe that's why Harriet is so unhappy - he's not picking up on her moods.

Her moods seem to range from frosty to indifferent to bored.

She’s a cold fish. At least Ben & Steph have some passion for it.

Richard must be pretty insecure if at only 28 he's willing to kid himself that they're getting on.

Steph is really annoying. And I feel sorry for Richard.

Oh gosh, poor Richard. He hasn't a clue has he? She needed to sit him down and say I feel x y z and see what happens.

It could all be editing of course. But Richard is funny in that low-key way. I don't know what Harriet would find funny. She seems so stiff.

Well my dh said it's how they're editing it and i think he's right they've made steph and ben look so compatible and Richard and harriet look like ending it but the opposite could happen
