It tugs at the hearstrings, doesn't it.

CapnHaddock · 16/02/2018 20:59

LapdanceShoeshine · 16/02/2018 21:23

On Sky 147 there are 5 eps on Sunday evening 😊 (a full catch-up on the week!)

noodleaddict · 16/02/2018 21:40

Aces. Thank you OP Grin

lemonsquisher · 16/02/2018 21:44

We are about to move to Chicago and en route the US embassy to get the visa last week, the taxi driver starting talking about ER! Used to watch it with my mum when I was a kid in the 90s and had forgotten all about it until he mentioned it. Noe it’s back on TV! Amazing stuff, thanks OP!!

noodleaddict · 16/02/2018 21:51

Also, aibu to find Dr Green much hotter than Dr Ross? He's just got something about him...

MozzchopsThirty · 16/02/2018 22:01

No I always thought dr greene was waayyy hotter than Ross

GetsPostByOwl · 16/02/2018 22:12

I can't watch.

I have too strong a memory of Carter reading out Dr Greene and Elizabeth Corday's letter to the ER staff.

It ripped my heart out worse than the moment Billy died in Ally Mcbeal.

FoofFighter · 16/02/2018 22:20

I'm definitely #TeamGreene

I can't watch marks death again

Violetrose123 · 17/02/2018 08:48

I have found my people

MadisonAvenue · 17/02/2018 12:30

I don't think I've yet got over watching Mark's death from when it was originally aired.

IPokeBadgers · 17/02/2018 14:58

It is so bittersweet watching it when you know all that lies ahead....but I can't help myself, I have to watch it. Even though it can be quite heartbreaking.

Towerofjoyless · 17/02/2018 15:43

Glad I found this thread! Am doing a rewatch of my dvds- now on season 4 - but am missing a disc from season 1 and DH put season 3 in the loft when I still had a few eps to watch Angry

captainprincess · 17/02/2018 18:58

LOVE ER. I don't even know how many times I have watched the entire series........Might be time for a rewatch!

Idbemonica1 · 17/02/2018 20:31

#teamgreene here. So many great episodes to look forward to over the coming weeks 😀. Also looking forward to Dr. Romano episodes - could never decide if I loved him or hated him.

Ontheboardwalk · 17/02/2018 21:44

Oh Foof I love and hate you in equal measures for this wonderful news. That's Sunday evening booked out for me now.

Oh and I loved Romano. The episode with his dog - brilliant.

Gileswithachainsaw · 17/02/2018 21:46

It looks so old and dated after 14 seasons of Grey's anatomy.

But I love ER. It will always he the best medical drama ever made!!!

Hazlulu · 17/02/2018 23:26

Love ER. Just watched 'All in the Family' and 'On the Beach' in one go - am now an emotional wreck Blush

I really loved Dr Dave when I watched it originally. I've since seen him in Suits. These days I much prefer Dr Kovac Smile

I was and continue to be a Romano fan.

Piffpaffpoff · 17/02/2018 23:48

Delighted to see this post, I didn’t know it was on. I remember when it started on Channel 4, so much hype! And no-one could cope with the style of it to start with - all the steadicam shots and the following people around - as it was so different to anything that was on. I have vivid memories of discussing it at work the next day.

The dad in Loves Labours Lost is Josh Lyman from the West Wing, who is my No1 favourite actor, but even that will not be enough for me to watch it again. I find with age I can’t take things like that any more.

Cocolepew · 18/02/2018 10:49

I've caught up with last weeks.
I lasted 20 minutes before sniffling into a tissue Blush.
Thoughts:
Dougs suits, wtf?
I forgot how much I disliked Dr Greens wife.
When Carter delivered the baby in the car he was mucked up to the elbows. It looked like he had delivered a calf.
Hathaway looks about 15.

NurseButtercup · 18/02/2018 16:19

I'm so jealous I have Virgin TV and it's not on. "sigh"

NurseButtercup · 18/02/2018 16:26

Ignore me!! I've found it - I've just set up a series link Grin

Redcrayons · 18/02/2018 16:26

Nurse - it's on CBS Drama channel 197 on Virgin.

MozzchopsThirty · 18/02/2018 17:30

I'm settling down for the omnibus with a Sunday dinner, wine and remnants of my hangover Smile
