Dr Carter was my first crush and my now fiance had RTE so he was able to see the show a week ahead and watched it just so he could tell me the spoilers while we sat together on the bus...awwww... memories....

Yes I guess some people will be watching for the first time, even though it's 24 years old I'll report and ask for spoilers in title

I only watched a few episodes first time around, but I expect spoilers. I'm not even keeping up with cbs schedule, I'm a week behind, but loving the thread! I don't have anyone else to talk to about It!

I like that Benton can't stand the fact that he's not the best surgeon in the universe and that the patient is actually a person rather than a piece of meat to make him look good.

I had started watching ER again because of this thread and now I'm obsessed! Again.

SPOILERish...but at the start of this season when I saw Gant...I had completely forgot about him...

He is the young black guy who was just talking to Carter

It does seem to be Christmas quite often ! And it's either freezing cold, pouring rain or boiling hot
It is interesting watching again knowing what happens to the characters and seeing how it affected them earlier in their story
I do love ER. I think it's my favourite programme ever.

I had to google Gant as I couldn't for the life of me remember him, and thought you meant Gallant

I couldn't stand Abby, thought she was a right pain in the arse, constantly moaning and never happy. Rewatching has confirmed that for me, Luca was sooooo right to dump her the first time, and then she expected Carter to just pick up with her where Luca left off
