Total crap. What are all you folk who love it thinking ? Dodgy sets, dodgy score, dodgy accents, dodgy acting.

iklboo, i’m immune to Cillian Murphy’s charms too (too short and effeminate looking for me) but I do enjoy Peakys. Sorry.

The score is ace too.

Weeds is brilliant

My DH wandered in and said "is this set in Newcastle?"

The accents are appalling and I truly could not sit through the monologues by Sam Whatsit in that crappy Norn Irish "lilt"

I've only seen the first episode.

The accents were truly appalling- brum, cockney and scouse all in the one sentence

It put me right off.

Cillian Murphy is The only reason to watch it. I’ve watched it all, I stuck through the shit plot, mediocre acting, loss of storyline, I am a true Cillian fan:
The Sinner is a good series, there’s no Cillian, but there’s a plot line.

Tom Hardy in Taboo is all you need, folks

Cillian Murphy and the score. Both awesome. Everything else? Meh.

And Tom Hardy is short, unappealing and overacts.

He seems kinda tiny

I watched it for all the pretty horses. And I loved Johnny Dogs, he was a great character.

Cillian Murphy is tiny, as is Tiny Tom Hardy (also kind of gross).

Cillian is 5’7” apparently. The same height as me. He is very petite too. I’m not large by any stretch but I think he’d be quite delicate looking in RL.

I forgave the dodgy accents and scripts when Tom Hardy popped up. I found there was no likeable characters in it

Are you sure he's 5'7"? I hadn't noticed Cillian Murphy was so short...have seen him in a few things I'm shorter so I don't mean anything by it, just hadn't noticed

Cillian and Eddie redmayne are so handsome they are beautiful and both have played women.
