I liked this episode, it was a return to form... hope it lasts.

The dishy doctor is going to get with Nicky sure I predicted this a while back. It's obvious from the fact there's so much tension between them. I thought it would happen when they were isolated together a couple of weeks ago. Meena is likely to be very angry with both and may exact her revenge..

Just caught up on the Serena meet Serena episode, so so so much better without Gaskill in it!!!!
Twilight romance for HH and NannyPiglet??

Watched the last two episodes last night. Apart from the weird Gaskell moments it was better. Not too much of those new drs. Love Serena and Ric - they have a more believable relationship than Serena and Bernie the saviour of the world. And the Serena and Serena moment was lovely.

Just caught up with the last two episodes!!

It’s great to see Jac back on form and when she called Nikki “foetus” I burst out laughing!!!!!

Aaagghh I've missed an episode, when was thst on?? Bloody football...

What's Essie in for?! I've obviously missed last week's too!

Essie came in with stomach pains, bloating etc - scans showed it to be ovarian cancer, she then had full hysterectomy.

Nice to see Nikki being more assertive, Meena is really getting on my nerves! Felt a bit sorry for Sascha - I think it's a combo of not taking his tablets properly, and being really worried about Essie (but not being able to admit that to himself).

I can’t stand that Meena - she’s such a boring character, I wish they’d write her out. Maybe her and Gaskill could run off together?

I’m a bit sad about Sacha and that cleaning lady because I would have liked him to have found love.

Dr Duval (however it’s spelt) is growing on me.....is he going to end up with Donna?

Ooh the tension between Donna and Duvet as they stare over lip filler...

I reckon something will come out about the cleaners partner. Something bad where she needs rescuing by her knight in armour.

Hadn’t seen it for ages: why if sacha and essie aren’t together is he spending so much time with her while she’s in hospital; and why does she seem jealous of the unwell colleague he asked out? What is her prognosis?

I didn’t feel sorry for him, leaving that nasty message for his DD.

Re visiting they still care about each other, they split because of kids but it wasn't like it was acrimonious and he'll always be there for her

Re the daughter, I'm amazed they didn't show a follow up...

Xav is growing on me, unlike Meena who can do one. Cheered Nicky when she stabbed her in the back.

I reckon he'll try it on with Donna and she'll tell him where to go but then it'll simmer for ages

I'm glad Meena is being an out and out bitch because that's the only way Nicky will step back from the friendship. Anything less than outrageous would be "just the way Meena is".

Sacha is pretty awkward socially. His voicemail message for his daughter started off well - he was disappointed she'd ducked out of their plans - but then spiralled into quite nasty stuff. He's entitled to express an interest in Patricia, but wouldn't a normal person have asked questions about whether they were already in a relationship? And he can't see that Essie's hysterectomy is probably the cause of her reaching out to him.

Donna and Duval would make a pretty couple, but I'm not sure it would end well.

She was pretty flirty that day doing the cleaning, I get why he assumed but obvs he was totally inappropriate

Loved Essie's you aren't yourself, you haven't asked about my feelings, ask me about my feelings. Erm, no concern as to WHY he isn't??
