I think there is mileage in the ricocheted bullet having killed someone but I also think the body would have been discovered by now with all the milling about on the square.

ah yes it would be Keegan as he was annoyed by everyone saying Max was a psycho in the pub. Makes more sense now if he witnessed it, and that was what spurred him to forward the clip to the police. Still don't know why they released him though as he admitted suicide attempt and attempted murder so would have thought they would section him or something

How did the police get the video? If it was handed in or sent to them, it wasn't Keegan. If it was uploaded to You Tube or whatever , then it was Keegan.
