Think they were all mining to recordings they’d made earlier. So it was her singing but not live and maybe with some recording tweaks. Think she’s known to be a good singer though. A lot of them will have been to drama schools.

I have to admit that lots of them were excellent in the CiN piece. Twitters especially.

Definitely them singing to own voices iyswim? shaki is very good but was originally singer - he has such a lovely soft tone to his voice.

They were great Friday night. Shame they stole our ideas though. 😀

I thought the CIN eastenders medley was brilliant! I had to watch it a few times on YouTube. Some of those kids are wasted on the crap scripts they get given.

They were all really good I thought. It shows just how rounded they are as performers, even if they might not be oscar quality actors.

Blimey! It’s about two months since I watched Eastenders. When did Whitney get engaged? How many times has that been? And who is Bens new boyfriend?

Whitney went to Biancas after Linda chucked her out for snogging Mick. She came back engaged to Lee Ryan

Lol at Lauren. She has the worlds cushiest job, phones in sick all the time, leaves without any notice and then swans back in and refuses to do any actual work 'get a temp to do it'. Think I might try that next time I've got the next customer mail out.

We all thrilled with that one then? Lol red hair does so not suit Whitney.

Why still doing the chavy benefit toke for Karen? Out in PJs at pick u tome. Kids at after school club when she dosnt work. Buying pizza when always broke. I thought at least when became clear twins/youngest 2 have special needs she be at least promoted to hard working carer status, but no still stupid and on benefits.

I noticed the pyjamas too - in fact I almost kissed what she was saying. The stereotyping nearly detracted from actual storyline

Tonight’s was awful wasn’t it? That bloody Imogen woman and the scenes with her josh and Lauren were cringetastic. Then the ‘hilarious’ scenes with Lee’s mate and the carters. As for Karen’s loan shark taking her sn kids home from school - really? Wtf?

Just awful, I agree. A junior school kid could have written better.

The Lauren-Josh-Imy scenes were awful!

Dismal tonight. Just dismal.

That Imogen woman - really terrible acting, awful fake "posh" accent.

Still, on the plus side, at least Lauren appeared to be actually spending a day in the office - amazing, considering the amount of sick leave and "working from home" her contract apparently entitles her to.

You're right, House. No wonder Josh had to cajole poor Lauren into doing some work.

Imogen was perhaps the worst actor I've seen on EE.

The woody demanding Whitney coming home with him and then threatening Moose last night made me shudder a bit - I hope that’s not going anywhere as Whitney’s had enough abuse in her life already

I have a horrible feeling this (Moose)is just a plot device to split Whitney and Woody so that she can get with Mick.

Woody's jealous/controlling behaviour seemed out of character to me.

Splitting them up and going back to the WhitMick story makes sense given they have moved back into the Vic. Dumb though.

And yes,the Worst Actor competition was hotly contested :o often they ar a bit wooden or hammy but Imogen was just crap.
