I missed that with Max and the abuse in prison - it was sad as he did not murder Lucy , so even though he is evil, that was uncalled for - he has never been a nounce and Lucy was over the age of consent when she slept with Max too.

I missed that too but I can’t make out a lot of what he says. Couldn’t Hane say she is going to visit her brother. I don’t understand why she has to leave Ian. And what do they want with Ian/how is he ‘useful’? All because he is Kathy’s son I suppose. Luke is with Ben for the same reason.

Surely Jane who is the Square’s finest detective can figure out Ian is being set up and won’t just abandon him to it. Even for Bobby?

Jane is obsessed with that boy, despite the fact he threw a music box at lucy and caused her demise. He has also rendered Jane disabled for over a year, she still loves the bones of him as they say. I am struggling to know why myself and i;m a mum, but she really does!!

Max does tend to mumble a lot. that whole conversation with Jane went a bit over my head!! they all talk in riddles.

I think Jane will pull the wool over Max’s eyes. Maybe she will confess all to Ian but get him onboard with a plan to go along with the pretence and figure out a way to get Max caught.
