I wouldn't be surprised if Gethins dad turns out to be Sonia's dad, for no other reason than she mentioned him in conversation, and we all know if someone is mentioned, however fleetingly, they turn up next week.

I had to wiki Sonia just now as i couldnt remember who her father is - however, its vague and she was never told who her dad was - either Carol will come back from her motorcycle trip and reveal all, or she find out some other way ( if this is the way the story is going of course!)
I have never been keen on the Super Sonia character but I used to like Carol with all her various children and her manic love life and various run ins with daughter Bianca. Gethin is a bit wooden , but I still think he would rather be with Bandage Bex and her first aid box than her mum.

I think EE did incest back in the days of the Italian families. That one who’s always on Loose Women etc slept with a guy then found out they shared a parent. I’m fuzzy on the details. 90s EE was awful and great in equal measures.

I think that the only real incest storyline was the abuse of Kat by Harry, but that was offscreen so probably doesn't count. There was a bit of pearl-clutching when Sharon and Dennis got together because he was Dirty Den's son, but she was adopted so no blood relationship.

Personally I don't think SuperSon and Gethin are related ... he's shown little or no interest in things medical up to now, has he?

More oddness tonight - I guess they didn’t book the nicu set from holby in time so we had to have everyone in the hospital corridor ridiculous that Martin wouldn’t have been allowed to see the baby and/or Stacey. Max and Jane were ridiculous too and mr and Mrs spam and the Keanu/escort storyline is just zzzzzzzz

Loved that Kathy rushed off to see the baby. Cos it’s so important for the baby’s father’s aunt to see them in intensive care.

Surely they aren't going to have another baby die? Or another character death so soon after Steven? Lacey Turner got married in the summer didn't she so I guess they need to write her out for her length of her honeymoon anyway.

I can't imagine Ian leaving permanently. Adam Woodyat has had a few breaks written in over the years though.
