iknow, my youngest has had to draw a few nudes in this time for Art A level and the degree that he is doing. I cant draw for toffee myself - poor Keanu if i had to draw him.

I suppose Woody is the happy likeable chappy they like to have behind the bar. EE love to then drag this cheerful sort of character down with terrible things happening to him, eg his wife leaves him, he gets in debt, realises he's seriously ill and he has to have his leg amputated..that sort of thing.

Haven't seen the last couple of episodes so going to watch purely to see Keanu naked.

The set for Weyland ( or whatever its called ) reminded me of Crossroads. for some odd reason.
i expected things to fall down or things to go wrong. Or for Theresa may to appear and start talking to Ben.
its been that kind of week.

i lost, we dont see much of Keanu really, just a glimpse of the top bit. which isnt that bad actually.

Ah that's disappointing 80's I thought Keanu might be full frontal (holding a pineapple or something).

All this complicated revenge stuff is getting silly now. The lengths these characters go to is absurd.

Luke seems to get a thrill from fumbling about in Ben's garage so you could be right 80's. I can't think of anything worse; it's probably freezing in there and stinks of petrol.

How absolutely infuriatingly ridiculous was that SS/police removal of Stacey's children!!

So a report was made that a child may be being abused. Turn up and hand them over to the first person who says they'll take them. they could be the fucking abuser!! So SS have just decided that either Stacey or Martin has hurt the baby and without any court order or anything, no assessment of the child, they can just order that they kids have to stay "somewhere else" with no checks at all being made on where that is or who is taking them??

What utter shite. I'm really cross about the way they've done that.

Agree the Stacey and Martin stuff was good (although would they really come out in the evening with police?) but the weyland stuff is very wooden (actually yes very crossroads!) and dull, and although Keanu is lovely there’s zero chemistry between him and ingrid. The mr price thing is just zzzzzzzzz

That Weyland stuff is so ridiculous. The bloke with the glasses is comedic.

I'm so annoyed about how EE have handled the Arther SS story. There seemed to be no assessment etc. Very unrealistic.

Grrrr to Carmel. She's so bloody interfering.

I agree it was odd that Arthur was handed straight to Carmel - the person who made the phone call.

Not sure how realistic it is that SS would come out the very next day and remove the child, but putting that to one side - it seems very odd that they would give the child to the reporting person. As previous poster said, that person could absolutely have an ulterior motive and be the "abuser". Or could be in cahoots with the mother and bring the child back to the home as soon as SS are gone. Too close to the situation, surely? If SS really felt that the safety of the child was at risk, wouldn't they give him to an emergency foster carer?

Although even then it seems odd to rush to such a decision based on a single phone call and without any investigation.

That said, acting from Stacey and Martin was brilliant again. Real emotion there.

YEs surely both children would need to be taken to hospital ASAP for a medical. Why take from
House at bedtime and not do the same day. A quick call to Gp would confirmed he’s just been inbospital for 2-4 days had full medical tests and they would have flagged any Injuries.

The SS thing really made me

It reinforces the fear people have of SS just swanning in and removing children from their parents care. That's not what they do.

The social worker didn't even ask Carmel who she was so she didn't even know she was the person who made the call. It's totally ridiculous. They happily let the children go off with someone who's name they didn't even ask!!
