Jack was following the ambulance (er, why?) so he knew it was Linda and sausage.

I don't think they would go down the Bernadette and Keanu road. I get the impression that the family are in it for a while and that would ruin them.

We must be shaping up for a 'max sneaking in to jane's room whilst no ones looking to finish her off before she squeals' on Monday right?

Also it's bloody lucky that supernanny didn't leave isn't it - she's currently looking after the whole squares kids (although they mentioned Louis was with Billy) since Stacey was in the pub and martins still at the nick. Shirley and Tina clearly felt it was more important to serve in the vic rather than fetch poor Ollie Confused

Coming out of my EE thread hiatus to say: Thank bloody god for that! Steven was a terrible character the ceeepy wee fecker.

Other than that I have no idea wtf is happening on EE. I'm still waiting for the new producer's episodes to start. I'll need to do a crash course catch up when they do.

I was just reading an article which included a quote from Aaron Sidwell: "I think that Steven is an iconic character and the fact we had Nasty Nick, Dirty Den and now, as the audience have named him, Psycho Steven – that in itself, the fact he has a 'name' tells you what an iconic character he was."

Why were Ian and Lauren not hanging around Stevens bedside? How did Abi get in there. Her baby will be evil yes?!
I still think Steven had more mileage as a character than wooden Sausage. If Sausage died would it affect a single storyline? At least Steven lives on via crazy Abi!
Why was Fi and mystery dad not in that episode?

Jack shoutings "you have to open the door" was so annoying, obviously she knows that. Hope the poor paramedic was ok.
Wonder if Ian is going to start behaving appropriately now esp when told that he's son has passed away.
Jane is invincible, so many have to kill her but she arises like a
Phoenix.

They keep lighting Max's head like an illumation if evil, they did it in the restaurant when he was chatting with Jane, and up the Shard with mateyboy. Glad Jane survived as Max is now officially fucked. What did Steven say to Abby before he flatlined? MIL was talking over the tv. Sad Steven has died, especially as he was one of those characters that sprung from a storyline back on the day (Cindy and Whiksy).

Agree sausage could die no one would notice. Maybe max could do him in on his rounds. Will Peter come back now? Possible with new head?

even if Linda tries again with Mik, Fi is sniffing around so bad not going be long before L gets right or indeed wrong end of stick.

bernadette's scenes were the best during the whole week. Poor kid.

Presumably Max is going to be stalking the hospital corridors looking for an opportunity to finish Jane off. FGS Ian, stay with your wife for once - you have no restaurant or chippie to make demands on your time!

If Jane does survive and is told that Steven's dead I'm guessing that she'll try to protect Ian and Lauren from knowing the truth about him. Will she tell all about Max, or stay silent?

On a completely separate issue, has the chlamydia threat been forgotten, or will there be repercussions for Abi and her pregnancy?

Abi will never be able to keep quiet about her and Steven. So Jane will get blame for keeping secrets. Max thing will fester on like a big boil. Can't see Max going anywhere soon.

I can see Linda and Jack getting together. He likes a high maintenance blonde after all. Plus they've had far too many scenes together recently, who knew they were so chummy - I thought Jack was Mick's friend!

mrsb, your right, Ian will be grieving for steven ( and thinking that lauren feels the same) Max will have to pretend to be upset for his daughter - Jane will live. Depends if Abi tells the truth about who the baby;s father is - only steven and jane know the truth about that - Jane will be struggling then, tell Ian and Lauren or run the risk of Max trying to kill her again. I am not sure what Abi would gain from not saying anything to be honest, she hate lauren and would want to see her upset - mind you, people never do the obvious in EE, she might just not be able to bring herself to admit the child is his - in order to keep things bubbling on. I have just read this back to myself and i realise that i dont make that much sense really!! what do others think Abi will do ? or max, come to that?

whoever said up thread they were on the BBC forum, i used to be on there too and the messageboard for EE was so funny. Then i found these lovely ladies and they are even funnier. We keep the spirit of EE and its stupid stories , alive!!
